Floating in Quiet Darkness: How the Floatation Tank Has Changed Our Lives and Is Changing the World

"Floating in Quiet Darkness" I don't typically write a review, but in this case, I wanted to. I have read two other good float books; I wished I had read this one first. The depth 40 plus years of Lee and Glenn Perry valuable pieces of knowledge, experience, tenacity, passion, and constant search for the best end-user product for the best results is priceless to all of us. I drove from Indianapolis to Evansville (a 3-hour drive) just to try the Samadhi float tank. I had tried the pods and float rooms; the excess humidity bothers me, BUTT I loved the float results. "ISO Float Center"  owners Josh and Andi were most helpful with all my extra questions, a little mean, JUST KIDDING I have never found a mean float person, especially in these folks. After the float, I knew this was the best possible tank for me. It checked all my concerns for a great lifelong investment at 67 years its a much better quality of life than I could have ever expected. Thank You, Lee and Glenn Perry, for hang in there for me.

WOW, such a wonderful book. This book is totally worth the time. It is written in a very special way, from the heart. I recently began my floating journey and through this book, I gained insight on a myriad of topics from how tanks are designed, to floatation itself and learned from others’ experience. I was inspired by Lee and Glenn’s narrative of their own process.This book is a must for all floaters!
