2016 Honda CRV AWD
Perfect amount for CRV AWD. About 4.5 qt after draining the excess out of the check bolt. Remove fill plug before draining old fluid. Make sure car is level to get accurate fill capacity. Also warm up the transmission a bit before drain and fill. This transmission service is easier than engine oil and filter change.

2014 honda accord sport
Looks like its legit oem fluid. I have 90k on my car. Bought with zero miles. Ive changed cvt fluid at least 4x. Just about every 20k miles. I would get random hesitation like it wouldn't want to shift or engage in the right cvt ratio or whatever u want to call it. At times i would get a hard shift. I never had any gunk or debri at the drain procedure. It would always look like brand new fluid at 20k miles. Turns out it was my throttle body that was causing the hesisation or hard shift issue. It even smooth out the idle at red lights. I cleaned out the throttle body and disconnected the battery after the cleaning to have the idle relearn. All good since then. Best car i ever owned. Fuel efficient and easy to maintain. 30 miles coasting in the city. Easy 36 miles on freeway. I drive like if i had no brakes on my car and it makes a difference. Im not the type that will slam on gas at a green light. That's the key to fuel efficiency. I let off the gas and let it coast to a traffic light when i see yellow or red. I switch to sport gear if i need to pick up speed asap. My original set of tires goodyear lasted me easy 60k. Only reason i swapped them was because they get really noisy. I didn't rotate them enough. It is an oil burner since day one. 1qt roughly every 2500 miles. I keep oil level full or i will get a slight quick rattle at start up. I will switch to 5w30 oil at next oil change to see if any changes. It might actually be seeping or leaking oil since day one instead of burning it. Took it in but they gave me the runaround cause it wasn't actually leaking or dripping. So im not gonna loose sleep over it. 1 extra qt of oil in between oil changes is nothing. Will change valve cover and plugs soon. There is enough oil build up around valve cover gasket. Leaking there for sure.

The cost of the brand!
I purchased a total of 10 quarts over two orders, as I completed a flush (drain/refill) of my vehicle’s system. The OEM Honda brand ran a bit more expensive than alternatives (especially with such quantity), but when it comes to protecting vital engine parts I dare not compromise the integrity of my baby’s heart. Motor oil, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and brake fluid have each and all gotta be Honda. That’s the cost of the brand.

Great fluid OEM(idemitsu)
Great makes my car shift and feel like new. However, idemitsu is who manufactures Honda fluid and oil. On that note this is 67-77$ here on Amazon. Idemitsu cvt fluid in a gallon( 5 quarts) is a bit cheaper so at that point it’s just a decision. I may go with the idemitsu from now on cuz it’s basically the same thing if now even better. But it is nice to know I can always count on this Honda fluid on amazon. Have ordered multiple times for my car and my brothers 11th gen and it literally does make your car accelerate and feel so much smoother.
