Easy to use and great machine!
I love this coffee maker! I couldn’t decide between this or a kuerig but decided to go with a Ninja because they seem to have less problems. I love that I can use it to make hot tea or cocoa using the hot water function without it passing through where the coffee is. It’s pretty quick, kind of loud but I don’t mind it. So many functions and I use the delay brew every day. I like that I can make a full carafe, just a cup, or even use a kcup. The only thing is I wish I would’ve waited till Black Friday to purchase since it was almost half off. It’s a little expensive but worth it.

Great coffee maker
I’m really impressed with the Ninja DualBrew Pro Hot & Iced Coffee Maker! It brews rich, delicious coffee whether I want it hot or iced, and the DualBrew options make it super versatile. Setup and cleaning are easy, and it looks great on my counter. Perfect for coffee lovers who like both styles!

Great machine
I’m in love with this machine. I just got it last night and have already used it 3 times 🤣 It comes packaged very nicely and secure. It’s very easy to use. It also heats up quickly, even when setting it to boil. The build quality is okay- it’s feels sturdy and sticks to your counter. The only part I’ve found to be a little flimsy is the slider door to access the coffee filter and where you put the grounds in. It doesn’t feel like it’s going to fly off but doesn’t feel as secure as it should. But that’s a major critique and it still feels very high quality. Definitely better than some of the others. The carafe is awesome and very easy to clean. The water reservoir is a bit of a challenge though due to its narrowness. I’d recommend something similar to a bottle brush to clean it well. The reusable filter and canister are simple to take apart and clean. The dial and the screen are also very clear and simple to use. I love that when it’s off it turns all the lights off and dims the clock and power button so less light is emitted. It brews an awesome cup of boiling water for tea and an excellent cup of coffee. I hope this can last a long time as I’ve seen people use these for years with no issues. I have yet to use the frother or to do a deep cleaning cycle on it but I’ll keep you updated. Overall an excellent machine and definitely worth what I paid- which was $150 on a Black Friday deal. I’d definitely explore my options though if I had to pay the full price.

It's worth it
I have a love/hate relationship with Ninja products - I really love them. But I strongly dislike the warranty. And I hate the lifespan. Once they are done - they're done. I have had a couple of Ninja blenders that surpass the crushing and blending power of my 30 year old beehive Oster - but their life expectancy is about five years. This was a very strong consideration in purchasing a $200 coffee maker. I am not a coffee connoisseur - I typically drink one cup daily - very strong with cream only. But it has to be a perfect cup. I want to enjoy every single sip. I found a Ninja coffee system, brand new, at a thrift store locally for $15. The coffee was amazing. Perfect every single time. When my son moved to his own place, I gifted it to him and started researching one for me. Since I am the only coffee drinker in the house now (no, I'm not crying because he's gone, don't be silly) I considered a Keurig. But I honestly do not like the quality of the coffee from those machines - have tried several but it is not at all to my liking. However, the amount of wasted coffee I was dealing with really started bothering me and decided I needed an option for one cup. This machine is really perfect. The one cup option that I thought I settled for because it is a K cup option turned out to produce an amazing cup of coffee. I THINK it is because the Ninja makes three holes into the K cup rather than the standard one hole other machines use? It may also be the water temperature gets super hot. I do not know, but I really appreciate the depth of flavor from the K cup option on this machine. Another nice option that I never thought I'd want is the frother. It seems silly to me, but one comment in the Ninja manual stated that a cold cup with cream steals the heat from the coffee and changes the flavor - so I toyed around with the frother, using the microwave for 30 seconds and then blending the coffee and cream - its fantastic. This week I had a fever and opted for tea over coffee - I remembered the hot water option on this machine - it gave me two options - hot water and boil - I selected boil and my tea was steeping in no time at the perfect temperature. I absolutely appreciate that the water runs through a separate dispenser so my tea did not have any coffee residue or discoloration or flavor. I plan now to retire my stand alone boiler. The reservoir on the Ninja is adequate for my one cup daily - it is very easy to remove and fill or even fill while in place - I prefer the side option, but like that it can be attached to the back to save space. I don't think that would make much difference because this machine is very big - it does not fit under my standard cabinets. I bought this as a birthday gift for myself and if that last son hadn't left at the same time, I likely wouldn't have spent that much money on myself - but I was pitiful. I am extremely happy I did because the cost is worth it. I am very hopeful this machine will last past my 5 year expectation. Since I do not purchase coffee daily, I cannot state that I have saved money - I mean, I have because I'm not making half pots just for myself and wasting most of that - but if I were a coffee shop customer, I would absolutely think I'd save money with the frother thing and the quality of the coffee - It is really a great machine and I very highly recommend you purchase it. I was debating between the Keurig Duo Pro and this machine and given the quality of the K cup coffee from this, I haven't once looked back - there is no way in my mind the Keurig would produce the same quality cup from the K cups. Enjoy

Perfect for a pot of coffee in the morning, cup in the evening
We bought the Ninja CFP-307 to reclaim counter space. It takes the place of out K-Cup brewer and Drip coffee makers (both Cuisinart) The footprint is especially narrow if you move the water reservoir to the back of the machine. The water tank is clearly marked and easy to handle with the right hand. The controls are not quite industry standard but if you own other Ninja products you should only have to read them once. Setting the time, timer for delay brew and pot size generate easy, positive feedback on the panel. I did not test latte/cappuccino or the milk frother but the frother worked and tucks out of the way when not needed. Positives: Machine is easy to clean. Brews from 1 cup to a 12 cup pot. Switching from K-Cup to pot and back is easy. Includes a permanent filter but paper #4 cone filters (Melita) work as well. The coffee measuring cup has its own storage space on the left side of the machine. For our purposes 5 Ninja scoops equaled 4 scoops for our other machine. You can also, with the twist of a dial, make a cup to a pot of hot water. Cons: I worry about the durability of the touch panel. A hot damp environment is not good for circuits. I can only trust that Ninja properly sealed it from the elements. IF you're tired and don't pay attention, it's easy to set everything up and wake up in the morning to a pot of hot water (!) because you forgot to turn the dial from water to coffee. For the "Rich" coffee setting it just uses less water for the pot so it's a pointless setting. You can leave the brew on "Classic" and just add an extra scoop to the basket.

Love this thing!
Far better than both of the "K" brand makers I have. It is a lot more capable, you can make a single cup of coffee or an actual pot of coffee. It is faster and seems to make a better tasting cup of coffee. The water reservoir is larger, so you have to fill it less often. It has a bunch of options, its just a better machine all around.

3-in-1 dream machine
This is a dream coffee maker that has taken the place of three appliances in my kitchen. The coffee part is really easy to use and intuitive. The directions are clear and it’s really easy to get it set up to brew. You can brew multiple amounts from regular ground beans—as little as 4 oz. Perfect for a midday pick me up without wasting a whole pot. It comes with a scoop that’s marked with the amount of coffee you need—no need to guess. If you want to be fancy you can put in the k-cup adapter and also brew those, but I like just using my regular beans instead. If you want to level up your coffee, the milk frother is easy to use. If you don’t want coffee; you can also get hot or boiling water—up to 60 ounces—that comes through a different valve so you don’t contaminate it with coffee flavor. With this purchase, I was able to retire my water kettle, my cofffee maker and my keurig.

First impressions
I just purchased this coffee maker, and made my first cup of coffee. My very first impression started before i made my cup. I go to register for my 1 year warranty on the ninja website. You must register the product 10, yes, TEN, days after purchase. Not 10 days after you receive, 10 days after you place order. I do not have prime shipping, and my original ship date was expected to take 15-20 DAYS. It updated to "arriving sooner" and arrived last night (9 days). Had i not decided to setup the coffee maker today, and register the product today, i would have NO warranty. Now had the product arrived on the expected date, i would have had NO warranty on this product. What the heck is this??? I've never heard of such a thing as having so little time between purchase and registration before. The worst part, is after removing everything from the main unit, i could hear a rattle inside. No idea if a plastic piece inside is broken, or if its intentional and some kind of aerator or something for the water. Which again, almost had NO warranty. Now as for the coffee maker itself, how does it make coffee? It does make a good cup. I made a single cup using grounds with the paper filter. That leads to second first impression. The paper filter version only includes 2, TWO, paper filters. I'm not expecting 100. I expected at least 5, or 10 maybe? two? really? $0.01/filter, and you only include 2. Two is not even enough to test or trial this coffee maker. Now the coffee quality/taste was better with this machine versus my old keurig, so that is a big plus. One reason for the better taste coffee, is likely due to the fact it takes quite a bit of time to brew a cup. A 12oz cup of coffee took over two minutes to complete. The keurig took like 20 seconds. The slower you brew coffee, the longer the grounds have to extract, so it is a trade off. I have not tested the K-cup pods yet, they might brew faster. While this is my first brew and the issues mentioned by others may happen to me at some point, I did not experience any mess or leaking placing my cup on the little fold out shelf. I had absolutely zero grounds in my cup, which is a change from my old keurig. However, i was using a third party refillable pod to use my own grounds on my keurig, which may have been why I had the issue with it. The reservoir is a little on the smaller side, especially since it has a large indention in it. The coffee maker is simple and easy to use, and has physical buttons, which i personally really really like over the obsession of modern tech and appliances to use "touch" buttons. EDIT: After using it for a couple weeks, Im starting to dislike it even more. The reservoir is so insanely small. You can make about 3 single cups of coffee before refilling. The reservoir has an indention in the side to remove capacity without looking like it. Its the same thing they do with packs of cookies to make it seems like you get more than you do. They are removing a whole cup of coffee capacity, to save $0.02 in plastic... This should br criminal.
