I've been using this for about a month now and am pleased with the added boost I'm getting with it. I've used it pre and post workout. Using it pre seems to sustain energy throughout a long/heavy workout and post it helps with recovery and growth. I must say - it gels up pretty quick when you mix it so make sure you're shaking it up while drinking it or you will end up with a bit of sludgy stuff on the bottom and you don't want to waste it! Taste isn't bad - nothing remarkable but no unpleasant aftertaste.

Use for pre workout while low carb cutting weight for a show. Si ce I'm on such a energy deficit, this product helps me maintain energy in my workout when I have so little in the tank. LOVE, the taste.

Only problem is they sent me cherry flavor by mistake. Not a big deal to me because all their products flavors are good. Everything was labeled correctly, just got the wrong flavor from the warehouse.

This stuff is legit. Took the entire container before I wrote my review. After taking this I literally take nothing else pre and during my workout. Just add this to your bcaa and your good.
