Yes, a small coat of Wax-It-All would help condition and protect wooden chopsticks.

Would this work for the inside of a wooden wine glass?

Yes, Wax-It-All can be used on wooden wine glasses to help keep them from drying out. The waxes in Wax-It-All help repel moisture but they don't waterproof the wood, so moisture can eventually soak through. If the wooden wine glasses are for decoration, then Wax-It-All should work fine. If the wooden wine glasses are for use, then consider a harder finish (waterproof finish).

does this work on leather? i need it to burnish the edges on my leather crafts.

Wax-It-All could work on leather (test in an inconspicuous area to check results). what other Howard products do you use to lock in the oils and waxes?

Locking in the oils and waxes requires the drying process to be completed. It takes a while, depending on the method you use and the temperature. What I do is: I put the item being coated with any of the Howard products, to be exposed to the Sun for several hours per day for about a week. Then I put the item in a warm room such as the garage for about another week or two until the surface of the treated item feels dry to the touch. I then buff the coated surface with a dry paper towel or cloth. Remember, if you sand the surface with the finer grits - 400, 600, 800, finishing off with 1200, you will develop a nice sheen. Always finish off the project with a final coat of Wax-it-all after your sanding efforts have been completed.
