You have to apply thin layer gently on affected surface and then massage clockwise and anticlockwise with very soft hands. Once the layer disappears then cover the surface with warm or cotton clothes. Remove cloth every after 3 to 4 hours interval to follow the same procedure. That is massage 3 to 4 times a day until reduces the pain thereafter twice a day will do.

Application error. Before applying the balm we have to simply give gentle warm treatment to affected area by 3 to 5 minutes after that follow the directions for use. Lastly cover up the that portion with warm cloth
