I never leave reviews but felt compelled to share our experience. We have two 10 month old sister puppies who love the water. We purchased the standard size ramp and it has been a game changer. It took minutes to set up and is very sturdy. We rest it on the ladder of our above ground pool and our fur babies can get in and out of the pool by themselves. The non slip surface provides extra stability and peace of mind. I would highly recommend this ramp to anyone with dogs, it’s well worth the money spent!

So initially I really wanted to give this product 5 stars. We love it and it’s amazing. We love how sturdy it is and how easy it was to step up.Now my only issue, and it maybe as a result from human error but we keep this item in our pool 24/7 as we don’t want our pup to have an accident outside. And the only issue is that the paint/ outside coating started to flake and raise up off the board itself. Other than that, we love this product but I would recommend, keeping it out of the sun and maybe only having it in the pool when you’re outside or in the pool with your pup to ensure maximum longevity.

Have a vinyl liner in my inground pool and a large Lab/Hound. Any pool owner knows that is a recipe for a VERY EXPENSIVE nightmare/disaster waiting to happen. PETSTEP pool ramp has been a godsend. Now I can enjoy my dog and my pool worry free. This is a solid and securely built product - very sturdy and I love the rubber capped feet for extra liner protection. When ramp is placed in pool, the legs take on water for extra stability so no need having to deal with hanging on extra burdensome weights for stability. I have a chlorine pool, so easy to put in and out of pool when not in use and legs are designed to auto drain water effortlessly. Customer service is beyond excellent. I had minor issue with one of the aluminum legs not inserting in the ramp during initial install. The legs are very sturdy and designed rock solid so not even sure how that happened. Called customer service and they sent me a replacement the next day. If you want peace of mind and a company who stands behind their product - well....here it is. The media could not be loaded. We almost didn't get this because we thought it was a bit "pricy" for the hard plastic material, but we have ZERO regrets. It's sturdy enough for our large dogs and Even my husband has used it without it even bending at all. My dogs use it with ease and it's quick and easy to put in and out of the pool! We move it while the dogs jump in and then slide it right back into place.We did get the mat for the legs, but haven't really used it much.

Bad news! Removed my 5 star rating after 11 days in the pool!I noticed a screw to connect the center brace for the legs came off. Got in the pool to get it from the bottom and resecure, noticed it is totally discolored after 11 days in my pool, also notice the legs have bumps all over them or something and then when I went to put it down had to dive to get the feet that came off.I was so happy with the ramp but unfortunately it's has done terrible in just 11 days in my pool. I have a pool service weekly and my pool is beautiful so I'm not sure why it has held up so poorly. I am going to have figure out a way to change the legs so it does not mess up my pool chemical balance.This ramp fits perfect in my pool and my two Yorkie Puppies has no problem getting on and off of it. They are not scared of it and used I the very first day. It was so easy to assemble and light enough for me to carry no problem. I would use for large or small dogs, stops them from clawing up your pool walls

It works but it's not super secure. It sways, and when my dog pushes off with his feet it moves around. I feel like the top that sits on the lip of the pool could be designed better. Also, it's rusting/corroding after literally one week. I think I noticed other reviewers mention this as well. I contacted the manufacturer but did not get a response. Overall, I would not recommend - I think this is just their regular pet ramp for land with some cheap legs thrown on and no thought to what materials might withstand a pool. That said, I know from my searching that there weren't a lot of other options in this category/price range and it does get the job done.

We purchased this pool ramp for our Corgi, Avacyn, and our Husky, Lily, and it's been fantastic! Both dogs took to it quickly, and it has made pool time much safer and more enjoyable for all of us. The ramp is easy to set up and very user-friendly, which was a big plus.The only issue we've noticed is that crystals tend to form on the legs over time. While this doesn't affect its functionality, it's something to keep in mind if you're looking for a low-maintenance option.Overall, it's a great product that we highly recommend for dog owners who want to make their pool more accessible for their pets.

This ramp was super easy to assemble. My dogs are about 70lbs. The ridges are beveled, are not sharp, and the ramp is non slip. The locking braces to keep the ramp from bending don't work super well, but they work well enough. The legs are great. I ordered the long legs and am happy I did otherwise the slope would have been too steep. This ramp is perfect so far. Because pools slope, depending on where I place the ramp, I would need to create a make shift shim to keep it level. Overall super happy with the purchase. Will update in time. I take the ramp out of the water when not in use however, it remains outside. We'll see how it holds up to weather.
