The optimum pH is 6.5. Sowing Steps of Lotus（Water Lily Flower）1.Sowing: open the seed package carefully, spread the seeds evenly on the surface of the substrate, and cover with 0-1.2 inch of culture soil.2.Spray: wet the surface with a spray bottle (spray in a mist). Almost every seed sprouted
Only 3 seeds out of the bunch did not sprout so I am very happy! Seller had prepared seeds: seeds were already cut open so all I had to do was soak, germinate (it did in about 5 days) and they are now in a pond. Good seller! Thanks!

No leaf
Stem grew and grew no leaf, just a ton of algae.

There were bugs in the seeds
Each lotus seed had bugs in them. When I opened the bag they all came out of the seeds. Luckily I placed all the seeds in a zip lock bag before they could escape. Don’t know if the seeds are still good or not.

I put the lily in water . I still have not seen any of they open.
I love fliers and plants. I grow all types. I have not seen anything from these seeds at all. They are just sitting in the water. Doing nothing.
