Overall excellent
I'll be honest, this was almost exactly what I wanted. It's a small but not tiny notebook that digitizes what I write, is portable, and because it has an actual notebook it feels like writing on paper (I don't like the feel of writing on glass tablet screens). The one thing it doesn't do that I realized I wanted after a great deal of trouble trying to find out why it didn't work at all is... If you want to hold it in one hand and write with the other, instead of laying it on a surface to write, you can't be right handed. It turns off if you put the front cover against the back, as it thinks you have closed it. So close, but not quite right for me. :-/

garbage app
item itself wasn’t all that bad. did a decent job putting it on my phone real-time. tends to slur the letters if you don’t lift the pen high enough between writing them. the reason why you shouldn’t buy it lies 95% in its app. it’s garbage. it def was not tested before putting it out there. you won’t know any difference if you only make one virtual notebook. but if you do you’ll quickly find out what i’m talking about. for example. it says it will hold 50+ pages in memory in between times of connecting with the app. if you have more than one digital notebook you’ll see that when it connects back to the app it downloads all 50+ into the first notebook. no choice otherwise. but even worse once it does that you can’t move any of the pages out into their corresponding notebooks. it’s locked in. nothing you can do. the ONLY way to write into another notebook is to open it in the app first then start writing. that means that any of the ones saved offline can never be put into it. so unless you’re a little kid and one notebook is cool with you you should pass on this item.

Works like a charm!
I had originally purchased rocket book and was disappointed with it. I was skeptical about XP-Pen but took a leap of faith and tried it. It works like a charm! You can use your paper to draw or write and it captures it via Bluetooth instantly.

Won’t connect to Bluetooth on iPhone
Beautiful packaging and seemingly high quality item, but it won’t connect to Bluetooth and is therefore unable to be used. Disappointing as the description was exactly what I was looking for.

Nice Package
The XP Note + was well packaged. The note pad is attractive. The app was easy to download. Unless a person knows how to get around technology there is a long learning curve. Directions are scarce. Pen works well however ink does not last long. Replacement for nibs are available Works with most any paper but to find an exact refill pad takes some investigation It works well offline. However using Bluetooth is problematic. If there is a long pause in recording the connection drops. It easily reconnects but can be frustrating. Overall the price seems reasonable for what the product offers to do. It takes time

Neat Idea
I think I like the idea more than the application. It works and does what it says. My handwriting is atrocious, but it still detects my writing with great accuracy. However I find the app cumbersome. I still use it, but not as much as I thought I would.

Never again.
Save yourself some time and just don't. If this is something you want then save yourself money and get a regular notebook and download a PDF scanner on your phone. Thats literally all this does. It's not a tablet. It's a notebook that tries to trick you into thinking you are getting a writing tablet. Stay away from this product. Would rate 0 stars.

Fun and easy to use
Really very helpful for note taking and very fun to doodle during boring meetings.

My husband did not like it at all. I had to return it. It seemed like an Etch A Sketch. We are going to look for something that will work better for him.

I purchased this in April and should have sent it back. It connects once and that was it. I go anew charger cord as thought that might be the issue. The new cord arrivesd and I charged it and again it will not connect or show that it is even turned on. I have tried with both my iPhone and I pad and no luck. Terrible product.
