Well worth the price. Received on time

Ooooo. Yummmmmy. When you first open the jar it smells a little like a rich beef bouillion.. but then you taste it... It's crunchy (rice husks) and slightly sweet garlic. It's truly delicious. It's a great way to add a little kick to your stir-fried cauliflower! Or a ramen or a salad. Honestly it's amazing about anything. Once you try it, you'll go back for more. We immediately. did. The jar has a wide shaker top with snap top cover. I think the rice hulls will keep it loose and shakey in the jar. I wish they made this in a giant jar. I would totally buy it. For some reason our shopper ranks are no longer visible - so, to give you a little more info about me, I am a top 50 reviewer (#30 the highest rank achieved). Those numbers used to fluctuate over time - up and down but I noticed that they stopped updating regularly - perhaps to phase them out.  I've been doing reviews for over 25 years with Amazon - nearly 6,000 reviews, viewed over 50,000 times, nearly 24,000 likes. Most importantly, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Love black garlic!!

We go through a lot of black garlic! Love that this one is just granules of black garlic and not a seasoning mix (we've made that mistake on Amazon before). Great value, only wish the bottles were a little bigger.

Good flavor

Awesome, consistent taste that can be used on salads or sauteed on vegetables, steak, fish, and chicken. Outstanding on TJ's Baby Cauliflower!
