The media could not be loaded.  I have been wanting a photo frame that is able to rotate through pictures and this works pretty well. The reason I wanted this is that I have limited wall space and I wanted something that could show all my pictures of pre-covid travels. In terms of feel, the photo frame has a wood like finish. It feels smooth and solid. The wood looking frame does not feel like wood so I am assuming it is just a plastic frame painted to look like wood. That being said it does not look like it would break very easy. The frame does have that loose feel from the actual screen. You can slightly move the frame a little bit to left, right, up or down. I think this is to mimic what actual glass frames may feel like with how the glass can slightly move being cut a little shorter. The wood paint looks is well designed and honestly it has a real rustic look to it. The paint is put on well so you do not have to worry about any flaking or chipping. The screen is pretty sturdy. I am unsure if it is temper glass but it is a pretty strong material. The responsiveness of the screen is REALLY good. It does come with a screen cover you need to remove. It runs on a broken down android OS I feel like. It can play all the pictures you want but the thing you need to make sure is that the pictures are same resolution and such. It does not do anything to the picture so the lower quality pictures will definitely not look as good. They do have a really strong wall mount that you need to install to mount this. You can install the wall mount (it comes with anchors) and then pop this monitor into place. You are unable to really adjust the angle of the photo frame. It does comes with a prop up mount so you can put it on your desk if you needed. It does come with a simple remote so you can change pictures or adjust the setting. The remote runs on a coin battery and does require line of sight to work. It can read thumb drive or SD card. It does not have to be formatted any special. It also has a 4 pin USB plug which I am not sure that that actually does as it is an older plug and there's a USB port for thumb drives. It also does not come with the cable. It does come with a power outlet. The one down side is that if you do mount this, you will have to either hide the wire in wall or just have it hanging. The photos seem to move pretty fluently through and the nice thing is that it shuts off to save power. You can set how long it stays on and the motion sensor is pretty good. It is not overly sensitive where it turns on randomly. It does not get warm. Overall this is a decent smart photo frame to have. The wood looks good for the rustic decorum and it is well painted / made frame. It tries to mimic the photo frame as best they can. The responsiveness is nice. There are controls on the back but they are hard to get to. At least you can easily take the frame on and off.

My only issue is there is no motion detection so when noone is in the room it stays on. Not a major deal but I was under the impression there was motion detection with this frame. The photos look great and I have not a had any of the issues that some are writing in the reviews. I have other brand frames and this seems along the same quality of decent for the price.

I love that you can easily upload photos from your phone to it. I don’t like that it doesn’t have a rechargeable battery therefore I need to take a power pack wit me to my events when frame is in use

We purchased this frame for my dad who has dementia. He has really enjoyed looking at the pictures and knowing that family members who don't live close are sending pictures. He doesn't travel anymore so this is a great way for him to see family and friends.One night he accidently knocked it off the table and it was still working just not like it was supposed to. I contacted the company to see if they could fix it, they could not. So I ordered another one and they were very generous and discounted my order. I highly recommend this product to everyone who ask about it. Thank you

This frame was great while it worked but after two weeks it stopped working and nothing I have tried will get it to turn back on. Their customer service is good though they reached out to resolve the issue

The first frame i got was broken but had no issues with getting a replacament.The picture quality is good, the viewing angles from the side are great, a little bit worse from up and down. I had to put the picture frame below eye level.The frame's sw is quick and responsive to touch. I have an experience with another brand whose digital frame was almost unusable because of the slowness of the software, this one works without a hitch so far (after one month of being used every day)

I loved this product until I could no longer accept or adjust pictures. It seems the touch screen is no longer working, nor the remote. Didn't make it a year.

I purchased the frame back in September for my oldest sister who got a new job and her own office. I uploaded over 50 photos of our Great nephew who we all adore. It was the perfect gift! After uploading the photos I placed it back in the box and let her open it, she immediately loved it. When people visit her office they notice it and they think its adorable. I honestly didn't think it would draw so much attention but everyone who sees it loves it and always ask where she got it.I put 4 stars because a week after I bought it my sister advised that all the photos had a green screen across it. I contacted amazon/seller and I was sent a new one ASAP. Since than she has not had any issues.
