Suprising brightness and beauty. Arrived timely and as described. Was just a little concerned they would lose some brightness due to the log exteriors compared to the cream colored versions but they did not. Two AA batteries are needed in each candle. Pleased with the purchase.

I've read some reviews that stated the candles are not made of wax. Yes, they are wax candles. The remote worked just fine and the candles work perfect. I have them set for 2 hrs. and they do come on at the same time each evening. I do want to mention one thing. I had 2 sets of these delivered July 23, 2017. I probably began to use them sometime in August. A few days ago I noticed that one of the candles wasn't lighted but the flame was moving. I thought, Oh, No! There's something wrong with the light.I took the batteries out looking for a screw or something to be removed so I possibly could replace the light. No such luck! I went to Amazon to review the questions that buyers may have asked and thought...maybe someone asked if the light was replaceable. Well, there wasn't any questions referring to the light. I read the warranty information and was happy to have read that there was a 3 month warranty. I thought about contacting the seller. Before I did that, I thought...well, maybe the battery is just low because the flame was still moving. It brought to mind a musical clock that I own. The clock would keep time but the pendulum wouldn't swing. As soon as I changed the batteries, everything worked just fine. So, I put in another set of batteries, in the candle, and voila! The light came on. I just want folks who've already made this purchase to know that if the light goes out but the flame still moves, your batteries are too weak to turn on the light. The seller states that the batteries are to last 150 hrs but my batteries didn't. I used less expensive batteries...AA Sunbeam for low drain devices. This time I put in Duracell Quantum AA. Hopefully, they'll last longer. I only have the candles on for 2 hrs. per night. The other candle is still working fine. The second set I purchased is still in the box. The reason I purchased 2 sets was because I wanted the candles the same size in each of my two wall sconces. The item comes with 3 candles each a different size. I'm now searching for candles that are a different color and I'm hoping this seller has flameless candles in different colors. LOVE these candles. One reviewer stated that these candles don't look real. Well, there's nothing like the real thing but these come in a close second. Wax is wax and wood is wood. There's no real comparison! Remember, the wax candles are painted! If you're looking for a real looking candle, I suggest that you cut a thick branch from the tree of your choice. Hollow out the center to hold a votive. That's when you'll have a real wooden looking candle.....reminding you that eventually, the bark will come off of your home made candle. A tree branch is a living thing prior to cutting. It will eventually die once the branch is cut into pieces. I suppose it could be sealed for longer use. The bottom line is Don't be afraid to make this purchase! You won't be sorry!

You guys. I didn't expect much from these, but Holy Atlantis, they look incredible. I didn't anticipate the remote control to be in charge of each individual candle, but if you're trying to look fancy schmancy, I suggest setting these up in different parts of the house and pointing the control at them to turn them on and off. Be sure to use wizard-like hand gestures when you do it. You'll WOW the pants off of anyone that visits your home and convince your friends that you're actually a light warlock. No wait, I meant Light Bender. Is that a thing? Anyway, #FireNation. So, to recap, these look and move like real candles and are perfect for any outdoorsy and/or fairy garden theme. See my pics!

I have had other flameless candles that I paid MUCH MORE for, that were nowhere near as good as these. The flickering bothered me the first day, but now I find it relaxing. They look really nice, not quite realistic but very close. From a distance even better. The fake flame thing wiggles about in the slightest draft which also give realism. The only thing I think they need is a little color in that flame piece, and as an artist that is something I might try to ad myself. I have used these for a least a month now, battery life seems good. I LOVE the remote and timer and that they will now just pop on even when I forget to turn them on and shut themselves off as well. I would definitely recommend if you love the ambiance but do not want the fire hazard or weird smells from scented candles.

Great product! Everyone that sees them loves them and are surprised that they’re not real. When I purchased them, I wasn’t sure why I’d need a remote, but I know now. The remote has a timer on it. My candles come on just before dinner and turn off later by themselves. You can set the timer for either 2, 4, or 6 hours of on time. Pretty cool. I’m very happy with my purchase! They look great!
