I love the fact that this product works and gets rid of headaches very fast.

These are the best products I’ve ever purchased. Gives you that little bit of relief what a migraine hits. Perfect for you days you have a fever or a cold. I wear them to sleep all the time and find them still suck to myself hours later.

These come in handy for my migraines, if I'm waiting on pain medication to kick in. A great temporary relief/alternative.

I would have given this product five stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, but the reason I gave it 4/5 is because they DON'T STICK WELL! I suffer from awful migraines (medication induced) recently. I am on my 3rd week of a weight loss injection (Wegovy) and that is what's causing it. No medications, or anything would help to reduce them. They were so horrible that I couldn't eat, talk, or even close my eyes. The only thing that did help was when I tried a wet cold washcloth laying on my head, which I tried in desperation. Within moments of the cold touch, I could close my eyes almost instantly, and was finally able to relax some. However, the cloth didn't stay cold for longer then 10-15 mins & the pain would resume. I found myself having to get up and soak the cloth in cold water multiple times. After that, I was searching for a cooling cloth for migraines on Amazon, and this product came up. After thoroughly reading the reviews, and comparing them to similar products, I decided to try these! THEY DEFINITELY WORK! They are cooler then the cloth, and help the pain & are stated to stay cold for 8 hrs! (Not sure about that, as I've only had this on for about 2 hrs) They are large enough to cut in half, & you can double the quantity in doing so! My migraines are always on my left side of my head, above my left eye, so cutting it in half works perfectly for me, as I don't need it covering all of my head. The only CON about these is they don't stick well, but if you use bandage medical tape on the edges of the patch, it works great! Thanks for a great product that works!

Thank goodness for these strips. I suffer from frequent headaches and this is a good, non medicated way to get some relief.

I get really bad migraines and these help soothe the pain instantly. You can cut them to make them fit better if you want them smaller, but it isn't necessary. They are more than worth it if you suffer from painful headaches/ migraines.

I tried the BeKOOOL Migraine Gel Sheets with moderate expectations. While they provided some cooling relief initially, the effect only lasted about 15 minutes, not the 8 hours advertised.As someone who often deals with migraines, I'm always searching for effective solutions, and this product didn't quite meet my needs. I even shared them with a friend, who had a similar experience.The cooling sensation fades quickly and doesn’t offer much in terms of pain relief. While it's not the worst option out there, I believe there are better and more cost-effective alternatives available.

I was iffy about these but decided to try them. Sooo much better than an ice pack or washcloth. It stays cool without the mess and leave you hands free to do other things.
