Charging dock has been destroyed once connecting to my electric sourceI have asked customer service regarding that either charging dock will work here in UAE or not, they assured me that 100% will work without any issueBut once connect it I got electric shock with smoke and smilevery very bad experience with amazon customer service they are unprofessional to give the advicesbe careful everyone

Excelente producto lo he utilizado bastante y el taladro funciona perfectamente bien, el rotomartillo tiene muchísima fuerza y la duración de la batería es muy aceptable, la carga de batería es muy rápida y permite un trabajo contínuo alternando ambas

1st off I'm a DeWalt user/fan,,, so take that into consideration when reading this. But there's a reason for that,, for me they've been great tool for the $$.I've had the DCD797 20 volt drill, driver, hammer drill for about 4mths. I use it nearly everyday and can't say enough good about it. I work as a Maintenance Tech at a health Care facility and my tasks swing wildly from day to day. A drill has to be small enough to throw in my tool bucket yet tough/powerful enough to hammer through concrete. Vast majority of my jobs would be considered repairs but I can have a dozen of them in a day. Love the ergonomics of the grip and the design angles of the light. Clutch system is on the money as well as being able to run an 1-1/2" spade bit thru a 2X4. I do have 1 little annoyance though,,, the forward/reverse switch doesn't have a distinct click/feel when changing from one to another but has yet to be off tremendous significance. More of a fit and feel issue at this time. If your in the market for and all around user friendly drill driver pull the trigger.
