Do you have to use electro braid lead out wire with the electro braid rope  or can you use regular lead out wire

You do not have to use Electrobraid Lead Out Wire but it is Extremely hard to find copper wire that is insulated to 15,000 volts. No One stocks it. You can't go to Home Depot or Lowes or..... and pick it up there. The only other industry that I know of that uses this high voltage wire is the Neon Sign industry and they use so little of it anymore that it's impossible to find a large enough quantity to do a fence and if you do find it it's usually 5-6x more money than just buying the Electrobraid Lead Out Wire and doing it right the first time. I have sold and installed Electrobraid for 20 years and I can't tell you how many times people say they aren't going to pay that much because they don't need 200'. In 1-2 weeks they call back and order it. Here is what you Do Not want to do. Use wire rated under 15,000 volts. (A good 110 volt charger puts out about 10,000 volts) Here's what happens - Customer says they are not going to pay that much so they are going to use regular household wiring ( only insulated to 600 volts). They get it installed and everything seems to be working great. Then it rains and the electricity starts arching right through the 600 volt insulation and you can hear it snapping all over the place. Or worse yet the wire above ground isn't touching anything to short out to so you can't hear or see what the problem is. After hours of headbanging they call again and I tell them it is likely shorting out where it's buried under the gates. Which gate? All of Them.

Question 4

Can this be installed in wooded areas and will not ground out if brush, trees or other ground cover touches it?  Also can it work for cattle too??

Yes it can be installed inbrush without shorting out the fence. It is insulated to 15,000 volts. Regular house wire is only insulated to 600 volts. This  leadout wire is specially designed to use with electric fencing because a lot of chargers put out over 10,000 volts.
