Product arrived as specified by Amazon with more than adequate packing material. Installation required removal of cotter pins with a little effort to collapse pistons. The rotors were in acceptable condition so we're not replaced. The brakes' performance was quiet, assured, and smooth. I would recommend these if you are looking for premium pads from a reputable manufacturer using the latest in brake tech and design.

The media could not be loaded.  Pads work great. Fitment is great. No squeal.On my 2017 Mazda CX-5, I didn't know how to change it w an electric e brake system.I took off the old pads and put new ones on thinking I can just push the piston in w a clamp. That didn't work.YouTube told me put it in service mode. I did that but unfortunately I had the caliper off. It will expand the piston out and no way of getting it back in w a clamp.I had to remove the motor, use a ratchet to turn the nut in th back while preventing the piston from spinning using the service tool I borrowed from O'Reillys. Then had to bleed all my brakes.Took hours. Other side took 15 min. Learn from me. Order matters.

These have great pedal feel and provide excellent stopping power. Have an older sequioa that lacks in stopping power these made it stop much better. I notice low dust and no issues with noise or rotors. Great pads will use again. Came quick with prime.

These brakes did exceed my expectations! I love the hybrid tech with the smoothness and low dust of ceramic and the bite of semi-metallic. It's a little early to see how long they'll last, but the build quality is superb. From what I see, they will last a long time. I only gave a 4 star because there is some noise that's inherent with semi-metallic brakes. This is not user error, as I installed these correctly. I cleaned the calipers, used high temp silicone grease on the slide pins, and the backing plates. The included shims were good quality, but a little hard to fit the pads in. Had to bend them a little. Maybe was crushed a little during shipping? All in all, a quality pad at an awesome price.

So far nothing about these brake pads do I dislike. When I was a kid Raybestos was top notch one of the best American Companies who made replacement parts. I do not know where they make things now, but I do know they still offer a decent product. For the price, these ceramic pads are awesome for our 4Runner. The pads that were on it was not original and had been replaced at some point. They created a really terrible amount of brake dust. I could wash the 4Runner, drive it 2 or 3 times and would have to rewash the wheels and that crap was hard to get off. Since changing the rear pads about a month ago, I have not had to wash the wheels once! Unreal! How much difference these pads mad. They have excellent stopping power, so I am impressed with them so far! I hope they'll last at least 2 years, and I am hoping longer!

I read the reviews & the positive feedback was the deciding factor on these brakes. I had to replace my 4Runner front brakes as I noticed longer braking from a distance & having some vibration at a complete stop. Upon further inspection the brakes on the driver side had a broken retainer clip barely holding on & causing the loose play when coming to a stop. The original brakes were almost at the end of their life as some of the brake pads had gaps in them starting to desenagrate with lots of brake dust on the brake caliper. I assume these are are organic brakes pads that produce alot of brake dust replaced by my auto mechanic two years ago. I wanted to replace my brakes with ceramic pads since they are more durable, have more stopping power, & produce less brake dust. These are cheaper than buying from a retail store & glad they came with replacement brake retainer clips & clips to hold in the brake rods, because my broke & would have to go buy them at the auto parts store. I did the replacement myself, you can learn from YouTube videos if you need help & the tools needed. Overall I am very pleased of the quality & value of the these brake pads & saved me money from having to go to a auto mechanic.

Nice set of pads, & hardware. No lube though.

The original Ford pads at 86,000 miles still had plenty of miles left but I didn't know that until into the job.Once I removed the original Ford Pads I saw that the new pad friction area was much smaller. The pads fit fine but do not have the pad surface area of the Ford pads. They stop fine but so far are not noticed as any improvement.I recommend getting Ford Pads.

Installed rotors and matching brake pads. Work really well with awesome stopping power. Rotors are rust protected and hopefully protection lasts a few years through Canadian winters. Performed brakes bedding and cut perfectly and super smooth. Will update if they are dusty or have issues. Only driven a apprx 500km since install. To new to find fault. Will up date accordingly.

Excellent product. Used Raybestos pads and rotors on the rear of 2020 RAV4 a while back and now these on the front. . No issues with installing. Should last as long or longer as OEM (only 40k) at less than 1/2 the price.

So far so good with no noise not like others cheaper brands.
