Despite the box being in perfect condition, the main mirror was broken.I am in the process of trying to get a new one per their warranty.I like it a lot. I hope they keep up their end of the warranty and send me a new one. I like how it swivel and has different strengths. Please send me my replacement.UPDATE The new mirror arrived quickly after I submitted a photo of the broken mirror. I love it! The swivel allows you to turn the mirror in different directions so you can see your face. Also, it offers several strengths to maximize what you need to see. It's easy to turn on and off and will shut off when you close the doors. The three colors are nice for providing different lighting environments. Thank you for sending a replacement. I changed my review from one star to five stars because I love the product and customer service was excellent!

Product looks nice. Light variations are helpful.However, it is smaller than expected (user error - I didn't pay attention to the dimensions - think tablet). I would prefer the 2x magnification section be larger.

Absolutely love this mirror! Just the right size, perfect lighting and travel friendly! I use it on my vanity for close up work. Different choices for magnification is an awesome feature! Great price for an easy to put together, sturdy, compact mirror that does it all! Functional and cute!!

This mirror is better than expected!

This mirror lasted about 6 months before the back broke off and it doesn’t hold a charge as long as it should and isn’t as bright as it could be. The batteries work for about 30 minutes before they’re sucked dry and worthless. This mirror is not worth the price at all, but it’s still going and I have it rigged to work for me for now so the fact that it’s held on for a year makes me give it 3 stars but again, not worth $60.

Great mirror and I appreciate the different light shades and the dimming effect too. Like the magnification, however I really would prefer it to be on the right side as opposed to the left side. I’m right handed and to pluck eyebrows it’s easier if magnification mirror was on the right side. Otherwise I like it.

I emailed the address listed for support. Immediately got a link to verify my email or support request would be suspended. It asked me to enter my name and choose a password. Then it sent me to a page that no longer exists!!I purchased the Easehold Venus Pro 2, listed as EASEHOLD Vanity Mirror with a rechargeable 5000 mAh Li-ion battery.I charged fully when I received the mirror. This initial charge lasted a very long time. After it lost its charge I fully charged it again.This time it held its charge for only a few minutes. I charged it again, it needed hours to turn green even though I had fully charged it the night before. The same thing happened the next day.Now it has to be plugged in to use and the charging cord that comes with it Is not very long.I like the mirror, but my main reason for purchasing was because I needed it to be portable.
