Reliable, Comfortable, and Worth Repeating
I bought this heating pad for my wife as a replacement. She had the same model for about four years, and although her previous one eventually burned out, it lasted long enough to prove its value. She was so satisfied with it that she chose to get the exact same one again. The quality is excellent — the fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable against the skin. It heats up well and provides consistent relief. Even though the old unit wore out after years of use, it was still worth every penny. This is truly a great product, and we definitely recommend it.

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars – My New Ride-or-Die During Shark Week**
Let’s be real—**every girl needs a good heating pad**. If you know, *you KNOW*. This baby from **Pure Enrichment?** Oh honey, it doesn't just check the boxes—it *burns* the whole checklist with cozy, cramp-melting glory. It's got **six levels of heat** (because sometimes I want gentle warmth and sometimes I want to feel like I'm being hugged by the surface of the sun). The **XL size**? Yeah, it’s not playing around—**covers your whole lower back or wraps around your midsection like it’s personally offended by your cramps**. And when those period pains hit like a truck, this is my emotional support heating pad. Don’t talk to me, don’t look at me—just plug this in and let me suffer in peace but comfort.Machine washable? Check.Super soft? Like a plush cloud that wants you to feel loved.Auto-off? Thank the gods, because I always fall asleep after it turns my insides from “nope” to “mmh, yes.”Moist heat option? Girl. **GIRL.**This thing is **FSA/HSA eligible**, so it’s basically *self-care you can write off*. I'm not saying this pad changed my life... okay no, I *am* saying that. Full stop.**PureRelief XL: Because life is hard, periods suck, and your back deserves a warm fuzzy miracle.**

Amazing Customer Service
I am very impressed by this company’s customer service. I love the extra long heating pad and use two daily. One for my comfortable living room chair and one for my bedroom which I use to relax before sleeping. Possibly due to the frequent use, a pad went out after less than six months. I called the manufacturer and reached a live person. This lovely person told me how to use my pad more carefully for its longevity. Then he replaced the heating pad. Would you believe that the new heating pad arrived the next day after speaking to customer service? Now that’s service!

Great
I have been using this for 2 years. It still works great. It's comfortable and I like how it feels on my skin. I do have one little complaint. Doesn't continuously stay as hot. It will start off hot but then it starts to cool down on its own. Maybe that's a built-in safety mechanism.

Worth it!
Don't write many reviews but this one def deserves one! I have chronic pain so when I got this a few years ago it was by far my first heating pad. But this one was amazing! I got hundreds of hours out of it and it never pulled over time. I had one for 6 or so years before it finally died and I bought a second one. Rarely do I feel like you get your money's worth from products now a days but this was worth it ten fold

Great product, Excellent customer care
I would like to begin with this is the most effective heating pad we have yet to find. However, we had some trouble with our heating pad not turning on after a few months of daily use. The seller, Pure Enrichment provided the most attentive and caring customer service. Not only were they immediately responsive to my initial request for support- they emailed AND called me (multiple times until they reached me) and replaced our heating pad within a day, with detailed care instructions.

Am I being punked??? Where's the heat at?
I'm confused about this after reading all the great reviews. Something happened to my old heating pad which was about the same size. I'm assuming it started to malfunction from overuse as the little circular plastic bubble on the cover looked like it was melting away. My fiance tried to convince me I was going to burn the house down if I didn't stop using it. I told him my back was going to give out and melt into a pile of jelly on the floor if I DID stop using it.I suffer from chronic lower back and spine problems, along with neck problems from a brain malformation and aches and swelling from rheumatoid arthritis. And now with having to lug around a 2 month old 10 pound baby all day every day (because he has colic and this is the only way to soothe him) is wreaking havoc on my already battered muscles and degenerated disks. My back is often so weak that I do feel it might give out and collapse. Heating pads, tens units, large doses of Advil and my miracle pepper cream Capzasin-HPhelp in combination with each other. But heat is a HUGE part of the temporary relief for me.So I was excited when I saw PureRelief XL on Amazon with mostly raving reviews. I was also into the idea of moist heat, something I hadn't tried before. I told my fiance if he bought this for me ASAP that I'd hold off on burning the house down with my defective heating pad. We ordered this one with next day delivery.Straight out of the package it loos very nice. It is reasonably large. The cover is soft and comfortable and I love the color... just sayin'. The controls have numeric settings that go up to six. Due to my pain levels, I bypassed numbers 1-5 and went straight to the highest setting. I was hoping maybe this one would go to 8 but 6 was the limit. I had my fiance massage my back and apply my capcasin cream and then I eagerly awaited the results everyone was raving about in their reviews.I started to think something was wrong with me when I didn't feel the pad heating up. I mean, there was some degree of heat - but the temperature wasn't much hotter than if I ran my hand under a luke-warm faucet. I played with the settings and shut the unit on and off repeatedly. I plugged it into a different outlet and then I called my man upstairs to make sure I hadn't lost sensation in my back and simply couldn't feel the heat anymore. He confirmed that this indeed was not a very powerful heating pad. I showed him the reviews and he said that everyone's tolerance is different and maybe it truly does work for some people - and that maybe us naysayers might be desensitized. He's a carpenter and always has an overworked back and neck so I let him try it. He uses the heating pad occasionally at home - but no Advil or topical creams and he was less than impressed and also did not believe this heating pad lived up to the hype or the claim.I was thinking maybe I got a defective one but then I read some negative reviews where some customers thought the same thing and had replacements sent only to be met with the same disappointing results. Since it says no returns (which I did NOT see when I purchased this) I am going to contact the company and politely ask for a refund. In the meantime, I have since moved on to Thermophore MaxHeat Deep-Heat Therapy Pad - which is the heating pad of my dreams (at least so far). It's definitely for that breed of us that requires more intensely penetrating heat. The only heating pad I've ever used in my life (except the one about to catch fire after 4 years of use and abuse) that actually got TOO hot (a high quality problem!) It's not as soft and cozy as the PureRelief XL but most of the time we just can't have everything. If the company refuses to refund me, my fur baby has expressed interest in it as another doggie bed. Seriously, the material is that nice. Trust me, she's ridiculously fastidious when it comes to finding a comfortable place to park it.In summary: I would recommend this pad only to people who have low to moderate levels of DISCOMFORT and not actual pain. I'd also recommend it to people who don't actually like heat...

Heats up quickly! No waiting for relief!
This heats up quickly! The only thing that I don’t appreciate about it is when you want to line it up with your back it seems the cord gets in the way. Otherwise, it is a good heating pad! It’s definitely hot!!!
