I mean they're vitamins. My doctor wanted me on vitamins. He said pill vitamins often are wasted as they can't devolve completely before passing completely through our digestive tract. He recommended liquid multivitamins. Ummm, so gross! In comparison these are very tolerable. Are they delicious? No. Are they okay? Yes. I will take these, the liquid vitamins are so gross, they are wasting in my fridge. These devolve and I can get them down. That is a win!

STALE - DO NOT BUY!!
I normally do not do product reviews; however, I could not - in good conscious - just throw these away and not say anything. I, like so many others, have to watch what I spend, so I thought this would be a decent deal for a daily vitamin. How wrong was I? I looked forward to the first one, but they are so gross! They are stale, NOT soft at all. Disgusting!!! And now I have to purchase something else AND cannot get my money back because these are non-returnable. DO NOT BUY THESE!!! Don't waste your money like I did - I had to learn the hard way. I thought with these being a name brand, they would be good...I thought wrong :(

I just received it today , 2 packs and i was surprised that the expiry date is 12/2021 ! In a month . And when I opened the pack and tried one gummy it’s hardly chewable and the taste is bad because it’s stored ! I really don’t know why to send almost expired vitamin.. very bad experience and i really don’t recommend it at all ..
