Heavy Duty Dog Leash

I love this leash! It is so practical and the perfect length for my short chihuahua mix! The bungee is very strong and great quality, and the seatbelt buckle works GREAT in the car, it keeps my dog more stable and safe in the car! The pattern is so cute too! The grip on the handle is super great and comfortable. I use the clip at the bottom of the handle to poo bags and it works so well! The clip is super sturdy and has a lock on it to keep your dog secure at all times! I have had this leash for a few days now and i am VERY happy with it! The only little problem is the handle at the bottom i can't reach because my dog is so short, and so that makes me think the leash is ment for taller dogs, but its not that big of a deal because she is not strong or pulley. So overall great leash and i would recommend! How I rate the products- 5 Stars = Exceeded my expectations. Love it and will buy again. 4 Stars = Exactly what I was looking and hoped for. Some issues. 3 Stars = Satisfactory. Minor, acceptable issues but it does the job. 2 Stars = Wouldn't recommend or buy again. May work for you but did not for me. 1 Stars = Complete waste of a product. Went to trash

I'm using a couple of leashes with my 7 month old female dalmatian. I purchased this to help with her pulling and some of her puppy impulses while on a more typical leash. I also bought this for the seatbelt buckle it has built in. First, immediate improvement of on-leash behavior and control. Even with a traditional collar. I've since added a harness. The elastic bungie is a big help in curtailing her sudden sprints without whipping her around. The carabiner clip is impressively strong! Solid choice there! Be sure to use with a collar or harness with an appropriately sized D-ring. Traditional collar D-rings work, but it's awkward because of the smaller size. I'll follow up later with a review of the seatbelt buckle. The only drawbacks, and they are minor, are its lack of more robust handles. In particular, a short handle that has a slightly longer reach near the carabiner clip would be nice. I have to stoop a bit to control her with the short handle. A couple of extra inches in length of that short handle versus the strap that the leash has would change that dramatically. Definitely well worth it!

I love everything about this leash! It is perfect. I bought it primarily for the seat belt clip because my Lab mix likes to climb all over while I am driving. 😩 The seat belt clip works so well! The leash also has a padded handle that is really comfortable. It has a heavy duty bungee cord built in one section that works really well as a shock absorber and decreases pulling. The leash clip that attaches to the collar swivels 360 degrees which keeps tangles to a bare minimum. The hardware is heavy duty and the quality of the entire leash is super impressive. There is a grab handle lower down on the leash that is super handy if you need to keep your dog close. I bought the blue and purple camo and the colors are pretty and vibrant. I had never heard of HotSky or used a tactical leash before but I wish I would have found them sooner! I plan on buying a couple more.

Very durable leash that feels secure for strong dogs. The bungee section helps absorb pulls, though it’s a little stiff at first. Overall, great quality.

Love this leash for my Jack Russell the bungee cord work well and the handle. Adjustable and has the seatbelt lock in which is great. He tried chewing it and nothing happened. Chew resistance for sure. Perfect thickness. Very comfortable and I walk 3-5 miles a day. Very easy to use.

This leashes is perfect. It has everything I need. It has a pull handle close to the end that helps holding my dogs when they see other dogs. So much better control. Then in the car, i can use the seal belt hook up and roll my windows all the way down so i dont have to worry about them jumping out of the car. And adding it to their harness makes it a safer for them in a car accident. It gives my dogs a slight tension to urge them not to pull the leash. The leash is very heavy duty and strong from the leash material and the clasp. The only downside is it's a little tricky putting on the leash because of the locking mechanism but I don't mind the extra minute or 2. I like the extra safety feature. I will definitely buy again.

Leash is very nice and the ability to lengthen or shorten the leash is awesome. The clasp is solid and won’t allow any accidental openings. The leash is also very stylish.

This leash has everything you need and comes in beautiful colours. I would definitely buy again.
