Happy mum
My mums teeny tiny iv bought this so she can sit on the steps to access low cupboard, she loves it very sturdy for her but she's 4.11 six half stone. Looks lovely and fast delivery.

Smashing
The steps arrived early than schedule and well packaged too so no scratches etc. I spent sometime carefully assembling the steps for my new hobby room. I took my time and checked the instruction constantly so no mistake made. A bit tricky to assemble on my own and one or two of the screws were very hard to tighten. With the use of a rubber glove, a knitted glove and a pair of pliers did it in the end. I am really pleased with them. Lovely colour of wood, sturdy and fit neatly under the working surface when not in use. Brilliant.

It's in kit form!
Lovely product but I did not expect it to be in kit form. Suggest you warn customers.

Sturdy stool....but
Good looking and sturdy but you need some DIY skills to build it. I built it on top of the kitchen table. Without an electric screwdriver and the right bits it would have taken some time to build and screw well enough to make it sturdy. Overall I'm pleased with the product.

Folding step stool
It took my husband a while to put together but it was well worth the wait, it fits perfectly in my kitchen and I can now reach the tops of my cuberds.as I am only 5 feet tall

A Waring and Gillow it is not.
Pretty poor, and not the sturdiest of design. You can see a gauge in the edge of the finished top to the left seat slat and other areas are just as poorly finished, with dents and scratches. The Stain is missing in certain areas as you can see in the second image. Instructions a poor and no screwdriver is included to screw half of the pieces together, I am an Engineer so putting it together took be only 15 minutes. Alas there is not much choice of this type of product. It will do the job, just do not expect too much and handle it with care. I would have returned it if there had been an alternative. I simply do not see why anyone would give it 5* you can see from my images it really is poor quality. Has there been any response…..No

Seem robust.
Very simple to assemble with good instructions. Only time will tell how durable they are but they do seem quite robust.
