This bath mat is very soft and while I cannot state to whether it holds up well since I just received it today, it does seem nice. My biggest complaint and why I knocked off a couple stars, is the color is nothing like the picture shown. It is a MUCH darker blue. Kind of like a really dark bluish-teal color. I bought this to match an ocean picture shower curtain and the color just isn't right, even thought there were lots of shades of blue in the shower curtain. I will probably keep it since it does sorta match the darkest colors of the ocean scene but was not what I really wanted. Wish it was the color in the photo. The looped look shown in the photo is accurate but will probably not match other rugs you may have of this style which are not looped, but rather a long shag pile. I am using this with a white shag rug I already had and they are quite different. Overall, this is still a nice rug but the color is WAY off. see photos.

Generally, the mat is OK. In my opinion the most serious drawback is that it slips and moves when used on tile floors in the bathroom. I will not use it as a mat when stepping out of the tub because of the mat's tendency not to stay in place. I never fell, but it did not stay in place the only time I used it as a mat for stepping out of the tub. I went back to using a towel mat instead. I now use it as a mat in front of the sink.

I often come in from the yard or garden with dirty, wet shoes. All of the standard construction door mats that I have tried have not been effective on cleaning my shoes. I intentionally purchased this bath mat to use as a door mat and it really works. The microfiber loops hold an incredible amount of dirt which I shake out, followed by vacuuming the mat. The mat has only been in use for about six weeks, but so far it has done a great job and has not shown any wear. Of course, the mat is not being used for its intended purpose, but if it works this well as a door mat, it must be a heck of a bath mat.

Just received the microfiber mat and they are very comfortable to walk on. They also seem to absorb quite a bit of water, as I have an open shower (see attached photo) and I need these to keep the floor dry. The quality seems to be exceptional at first glance.

I bought this for my golden retrievers who swim alot. It seems to work just as well as the more expensive dog shammies that absorb water and it comes in prettier colors. Easy to throw in the wash and dries nicely. Wish there was one that was just a bit bigger but I might just get another one because the smaller size makes them easier to wash and dry.

I had to return these - they were sort of falling apart. The loops had come undone and we're fraying all over the place - straight out of the box even before washing. Too bad because I like the look of the chunky loops.

Doesn't look at all like the picture or description but it is a beautiful thick mat for the bath. The colors are very dark taupe (almost brown) and ivory. Luckily I had towels that same dark taupe so it works for the refurbished area.

This is the second rug I have purchased. Loved the first one so had to have one for the other bathroom. Love the feel under my feet and so do my granddaughters. You have a winner.
