It's a pre installed win10 model update the laptop it will never slow down just update windows to 20h2 and see

Great display and weak Ram & HDD
Great display in this price range..No backlit keyboard , no indicator for capslock..Very slow with inbuilt RAM, need to upgrade to 12GB atleast..(warranty will void if you upgrade RAM or install SSD)..HDD is slow compared to other laptops in this range..No type-C port or card reader..

Terribly slow
Bought this for school going cousins and did not have really high hopes for a laptop in this budget anyway.But it was slower than expected. Absolutely unusable with windows 10 that comes out of the box. Becomes tolerable with minimal linux installations though.What they charge for the windows license could easily add another 4 GB of RAM to the specs. Then it would become an acceptable buy for non windows users in this budget.

The product is not upto the mark. The system is very slow. We need to spend another thousands to install office. The mouse pad is one side tilted.
