Recordable Stuffed Animal for Ultrasounds and Sweet Messages Playback, Gender Reveal, Vintage Bunny Gray

I lost my mother to Covid almost a month ago. I know this is marketed as a sound recorder for baby heartbeats, but I used it to save a voicemail of my mother's voice I had on my phone (In case something happened to my phone). I was hesitant about it being able to pick up the sound file clearly, simply from playing it over my speakerphone. Alas, the bunny (vintage bunny) arrived, super soft fur, was pleasantly surprised about that, and the recording device picked up the short voice mail I had and the sound clarity was surprisingly good. The device tucks neatly into a seam on the back of the bunny - that closes with a nearly invisible velcro closure. All in all - I'm pleased. And have a little bit of my mom's beautiful voice to give me a little bit of solace when needed.

I bought this for my boyfriend after I miscarried our baby girl. I had the recording of her heartbeat on my phone from our OB visit and was able to transfer it to the heart recorder it comes with. I thought it was a good way to keep her memory alive with us always. He loved it. I bought the Elephant because we used to called her peanut and Elephants love peanuts.

The media could not be loaded.  This is exactly what you can expect. It looks exactly like the picture and is as described. The instructions were very easy to follow and the sounds was pretty clear. I recorded my 1st daughters heart beat through a 3rd party service and did this one at home with a Doppler and it turned out just as clear.I will say, the hair can get a little messy and does shed. Likewise, it made it a pain to Velcro the little heart inside but that’s no big deal, really. Super adorable!

I purchased the Dino for my daughter. It is very soft, and it has a very cute and snuggly look to it. It looks friendly and has playful features. She loves it. It’s solid enough where the neck and tail stay up without flipping over. The recorder is extremely easy to use and has good sound quality. I recorded a voicemail that her mother left for me shortly before she died saying “love you, miss you”. I just hit record and then played the voicemail on speakerphone. Doesn’t get easier than that. My only complaint would be the price. I think $40 is steep for a medium sized stuffed animal with a small electronic box. The profit margin for the vendor of this item is probably about 80%.

We got this gift for my mother-in-law since she likely won't see us at anytime during our pregnancy and is very excited about the granddaughter. After taking it out of the package to record the heartbeat I considered just keeping it for myself the animal was so soft! Recording was easy although it does get a bit of feedback recording a cheap doppler heartbeat onto the little speaker. My only real concern is how easily it is to flip the switch to "record" instead of "play". I could easily see someone removing the speaker to change batteries and accidentally recording over/deleting the recorded sound.

I just starting using this like 3 weeks ago and have had to change the batteries four times. Idk if I just got a defective one but it just drains the battery power. And it doesn't get pushed a lot. At one point I change the batteries Thursday, went out of town for the weekend, came back Sunday and had to change the batteries again! We got it for my daughter while my husband is deployed so we can't really get a new one to record. Luckily it doesn't lose the recording when I change the batteries but I have already spent a lot of money on batteries just so she can keep using it. The bunny is extremely cute but I wouldn't recommend it bc of the batteries.

Bought this as a fathers day gift for husband who travels a lot for work. I put a picture of the kids in it. My oldest son said "i love you daddy i miss you, mwah" and my baby girl just said "dadadadaeee". U can record as many times as possible to get it right and can redo it in the future. I was unsure if he would think its corny but he loved it and takes it on every trip! This is definitely a multioccasional gift.

I would really like to give this product 5 stars because the recorder and everything worked great, the stuffed animal was great quality, but......they sent us the wrong animal. We ordered the smaller penguin, and they sent us the other penguin with the longer legs. We needed it to go to the doc appt. to record the baby's heartbeat so we didn't have time to return and just had to use the one we got but was just disappointed it wasn't the right animal.

Worst quality!They charged almost $60 for this worst quality item. I canceled and tried to return but got surprised to see that I need to pay shipment.I am also getting unsatisfied with Amazon as in Canada we can find better quality products/ prices than what’s available on Amazon. Frustrated!!!
