Yes it took a bit of time (wear and tear) but the plastic teeth in the zipper did start vanishing. First one, then the next, then one several teeth over, and on it goes. I am still using this computer bag as I can easily avoid the corner where 8 - 10 teeth are missing but have decided it was time for a new one. As inexpensive as this was maybe I should not be complaining, but I am old enough to believe that we should not have to keep replacing certain things and sending them to landfills after only 18 months.

Barely fits my MSI 17.3 inch laptop. No room for any accessories at all. Arrived with a huge scratch on the "Cover" part.

I got this one because it had good enough reviews and the size seemed appropriate for my laptop, but when I got it, it turned out to essentially swamp my laptop in the case. I can easily slide the laptop from side to side with the case zipped shut, which leaves me feeling that the shock absorption of the case would end up being negated if I were ever to drop it by accident. It's also a thinner and softer case than I had anticipated it to be.

This case is excellent. Has great padding and a nice albeit short pocket to tuck your laptop into before you zip up the case. I am using this for a large 17" MSI GE76 Raider and it fits in here nicely. I only have one tiny gripe about it but who doesn't complain about something on every item because we are all expert reviewers anyway...right? My only gripe is I wish they marked one side of this case. Because your laptop slides into the little pocket it would be cool to know which side is which when you open the case. Worse case scenario though is open it up with your laptop laying on its lid. Which really isn't a big deal but... still. Would like some type of symbol or company logo on one side that let's you know what side the top of your laptop is on. Other than that tiny thing it is excellent. Material feels great, excellent construction, and good padding for those few occasions you may bump your laptop off a doorway or something depending on how clumsy or inattentive you are as you walk.

It's a great case but the zipper is plastic and I recommend being gentle with it. Don't pack extra stuff into the case and forcibly close the zipper. You will ruin it rather quickly. If this had a sturdy metal zipper it would be an awesome case but 4 stars and three for durability due to the cheap zipper. I will use and be gentle with and hope it lasts a while.
