Great Support & Comfort – Perfect for All-Day Wear
I bought these Chacos for a recent hiking trip and I’m honestly impressed. The arch support is incredible—I can walk all day without foot fatigue, and I usually have issues with plantar fasciitis. The Cloud footbed really lives up to its name—super soft and comfy, yet supportive. The straps are fully adjustable, which is great for getting a custom fit. I especially like the toe loop for added stability. They took about a day or two to break in, but after that, no rubbing or discomfort at all. They’re also surprisingly stylish—I’ve worn them on trails and in town, and they work great for both.Highly recommend if you're looking for a sandal that combines durability, comfort, and support.

Size 9 fits size 9.5 feet; great orthotic footbed
Size 9 is a perfect fit for size 9.5 feet. I recently tried Chaco sandals for the first time; and I can't believe it took this long to discover they make their shoes with an orthotic footbed. The footbed is perfect for my feet. The sandals are so comfortable. These are identical, except for the color, to my first pair. I was afraid the toe loop would bother me, but it didn't. Also, I prefer slides, but these are so easy to put on and take off. Just pull up on the buckle to loosen; and just lightly pull on the strap to tighten. My first pair were custom sandals; so I wasn't expecting a large looped tag on the underneath side of the end of the strap, where you pull the strap to tighten your sandals. I may have to cut that off, because it's so big, cumbersome, and keeps the strap from laying flat. Kind of ugly and annoying.I get compliments about these Sandals, just like my other custom ones.Other than the tag, the only thing that bothered me about this purchase is that this seems to be a return item. You can see in the photos that one of the shoes was obviously worn and has dirt and crud on the bottom and front. When I opened the shoe box, I immediately knew this was a return item, because the Box only contained the shoes and a misshapen insert. Upon close examination of the shoes, I discovered what I already described on one of the shoes. I didn't notice any damage, though. Let's hope I'm right about that. I needed the shoes and the price was right.

a great deal I ran into with Chaco adults sandals
Got my pair (color/patterns: florist) for $42, a great deal I ran into with Chaco adults sandals.First impression: cushions of the Chaco footbeds in the arch area are giving me similar feelings to my Nike Benassi Duo Ultra Slide Sandal’s ($40) - they’re very thick(or high?), with plenty of support to the feet. However, Chacos don’t seem to have the same amount of cushions in the heel area as the Nike’s do. And the Chaco footbeds are much more harder, with small square patterns that kind of massage the feet (in a good way). While the Nike ones feel more of foams - very soft to the touch, but probably will deform themselves fairly quick. Conclusion: both shoes are comfortable to wear. The overall built of Chaco classic is more solid than Nike’s, and the design makes Chacos definitely a better and safer option for outdoor activities. Nevertheless, I think the Chaco cloud models might be a nicer choice if softness of the footbeds is taken into consideration. At the meanwhile I’d also like to take the opportunity to compare the Chacos and my Sctcher Misty Morning sandals, since they are of similar style/made for similar purpose.First off, these two both have contoured footbed design, but the curves are very different thus offering different support in very different areas - Chacos offers strong support mainly in the arch area, while Skechers have medium support in the arch and the heel areas.Secondly, although comfortable as well, Skechers’ footbeds are of much less friction(might be less good for hiking or climbing), and not as much of close fitting to my feet as Chacos or Nike can be (side noted that I’m not flat feet)Third, the straps of these two are made of very different materials. The Chacos’ are comfortably silkily soft that they are made to be fully customizable (you’ll need to pull and push to tighten or loosen those straps in order to make the shoes fit). While the Skechers’straps are stiff and rough - they can be customized as well at a certain level. But like other people have been complaining, the triangle parts connecting those straps of the Skechers really hurt the feet. Conclusion: Chacos and Skechers both make comfortable sandals, but Chacos feel more of high quality than Skechers - the design pays more attention to the details and the material choices are much nicer. I think I’ll still wear my Sketchers with socks on, but not with bare feet in summertimes.PS. It really takes time with Chacos to adjust the straps. If they’re not properly adjusted, the fitting will be very awkward: the shoes can look like they’re in wrong size, and your feet can be painful wearing them especially in the toe areas. But, once the adjustment is properly done, the wearing experience is top notch.PS. Size 5.5 sandals or pumps usually fits my perfectly. But with Skechers I wear size 5, so do I wear with Chacos.

Great sandals!
Way better than anticipated! Idk what the other reviews were talking about with the straps, these are so easy to adjust and comfortable to wear! I’m a true size 6 so that’s what I got and they fit perfect! Narrow foot approved as well! 10/10

Give it a week before you judge
These shoes are so comfortable and durable! Give it a week of adjusting the straps before the shoes break in for your foot. I’m normally a 10.5 or 11 and I bought the 11

Pretty good.
I still prefer Sketchers sandals to Chacos. These are stylish and comfortable to wear while I'm on my feet teaching all day, so they serve their purpose. However, I did go out shopping one day and was uncomfortable walking in them all day, which is what they are actually made for (walking/hiking). The arch support is high. After awhile it starts to make the bottoms of my feet ache, but for minimal walking, it's fine. You can adjust the straps to give more room or to make tighter. You can not slip off like most sandals but most loosen to get them off.
