While these are a bit large, they are coated so they go down easy. If it sits in your mouth, it tastes like a vitamin. Yuk. So dont suck on it. But, it contains iron, which a lot of the others don't. My doc said I needed iron. So these do the trick, and I do actually notice that I have less energy if I run out and miss a couple of days. So they work. I dont know about absorbency. That's for tampons.

The lid was cracked. Everything was sealed and ok but the lid was cracked which makes it hard to close the bottle.
