Much easier to use than the older TLS2200. The large touch screen, QUERTY keyboard, and being able to save your label formats are a real time saver. Worth the investment.

Outdated there is the newer M610 at a lower cost
I ve used almost all the brady labelers.This one beats the old tls.Doesnt need the program to print directly ( despite what anyone says)Firmware easy to update.Recently has label issues where every third label sticks to the roll and then can wrap inside the on the guides.The M610 looks exactly the same and appears to use the same labels and ribbons.

Great "skinny" labels
I had borrowed one of these from a lab across the street for a period of time to begin an inventory system to label prototypes with something visible without have to remove the test unit out of the chassis. I love it! We are much more organized in our lab now and we don't have to disrupt development or a test to pull the card out to find the mfg sticker on the bottom... it's right there on the faceplate!

Hands down the best label machine out there. The company I work for got these for us to use and I love it. But omg what a price tag.

Used printer received,
I would have given this printer a better review, but I'm tired of getting used open items from Amazon. Ibbn paid expecting to get a brand new unit. I got a printer that somebody used it. The ribben had many labels printed as already and a used label roll. I needed to get a label printer asap as our wire marker printer died. I would send it back, but I'm stuck.

Best wire/cable label maker there is
This label maker is made for wires and cable labels. From my experience, its the best label machine that I've used. I've used the older model TLS2200 and all the labelers from Panduit. This unit is much better than the older TLS2200. Its easier to use and it prints faster than the TLS2200. It's hands down better than anything from Panduit, and its not even a contest. We have several of the Panduit labelers in our shop, including the LS8EQ, and those labelers are just a pain in the rump to use after you've used the BMP-61. If you use anything from Panduit, and then go to the BPM, you've won't ever want to go back to the Panduit labeler, I promise you that.

The product doesn’t function at all as a label printer!
This product was loaded with the labels and printing cartridge and does not print. Each time I press print it comes up with a message to replace cartridge. The cart is new. I’m contacting Brady help for assistance. If they cannot help with the malfunction I may have to return it for a replacement. I don’t want to be too critical at this time but I’m obviously not satisfied.
