Came all banged up
The media could not be loaded. Came all banged up. three of these were thrown into one shipping box with zero padding and they all banged around each other and the leather got dinged and so did the metal. So I sent them all back. I did end up ordering them from another vendor on Etsy and they came beautifully perfect and I kept those. They are very solid and good material. Just didn’t ship properly from Amazon

Great quality
Even better than I was expecting. Well made, easy to install, looks and smells great (that real leather smell). Worth every penny.

Great quality and great aesthetic
Love this guitar hook, once we had it mounted we ordered a second one instantly. Only issue was the rawl plugs both broke in the same place while installing them.

Damaged
Ordered 2 Bronze with brown leather. One was black with black leather. No packaging, just thrown in a plastic bag with no protection. These look used or were returns. pitted and scratched up, packaging of product looked damaged.
