This item is a must-have for anyone who enjoys cooking. It is powerful enough to process meat and knead dough almost to perfection. I enjoy making Vietnamese pork roll and this machine simplified the process. I also like the precision this machine provide when it comes to chopping and slicing your garden variety. Everything comes out nice and even. I do not own this product long enough to testify on its durability, but so far this is one of the few items that live on my kitchen counter.

I’m happy with the way it performs. It’s powerful motor doesn’t disappoint. The slicing disk makes very thin slices which make delicate veggie casseroles and even veggie lasagnas...

Prompt delivery. After my third inexpensive food processor I decided to upgrade to this Cuisinart food processor. I couldn't be happier! Very powerful motor. Even cuts. Makes meal prep a breeze. And very quiet. I highly recommend it.

Design is horrible. As another reviewer said the person who designed it should be fired. You have to figure out how to put the top on the processor...Three people I have asked to help me do this.....took so long in trying figure it out. I used it one time in a year. I purchased it October 2018. So I kept this monster in kitchen hoping to gain the energy to try to figure out how to properly set it up. Had a fourth person try 2 weeks ago...she figured out after a while how to do it...then we plug it in and nothing happens. Motor is dead. I called Cuisinart telling them this is horrible. I said I want credit even though I purchased it a year ago. THey said for me to get the serial number on the bottom...I turn it over...and they have the serial number in white plastic...on a white bottom of processor...You can't even see the number. Then I was told to send the photo of the bottom of the processor so maybe they can see serial number to customer service. Then they said to wait for an email saying to send the processor back...It is a monster imagine carrying it to the post office....I was told I would get a UPS label or US post office label and send it back and they would fix it. I don't want it fixed I want credit to my credit card. THe only nice thing was the gentlemen in customer service who I dealt with . However, this does not negate my frustration and anger with such a product and to remedy my situation they are so slow. DON'T BUY IT.....And I will let you (customers) know if get my credit for this horrible product.
