Great simple Pi breadboard and wiring kit
Easy, cheap, very well made. Every piece remains working even a year on.

I'm glad I bought this
I am very happy with the kit with two minor exceptions. The breadboard had minor cracks, but those did not impact functionality. The buzzer would sound whenever I applied power. I found a solution through a Google search (connected "beep" terminal to ground one time).

handy testbed
All functions on this testbed worked as advertised. It saves having to wire up buttons and LEDs for testing. The buzzer ("BEEP") is handy also as a continuity tester if nothing else. Note that pins GP10, GP11, GP12 (at least; are there others?) are "In Use" by this board and are not available to you. While it is nice they threw in a bunch of M-M wires, most of the things I use this board for need F-F. But we all have those lying around...

The board has a piercing whistle
The board seems to operate fine and more often than not has a piercing whistling sound when I connect the board to my computer. The directions say to ground a certain pin but that doesn’t solve the issue.

Buzzer is not broken!
There are a lot of reviews about the broken buzzer. Buzzer is not broken. The pin is floating by default. So it can start buzzing randomly. Just connect the BEEP pin to GND to mute.

Raspberry Pi Pico learning companion
The built-in speaker is driven by a FET with an open gate -that's a problem. I added a 10megohm resistor from P7beep pin to any of the white GND pins found on top of the breadboard. This modification fixed that annoying 2KHz tone you hear when you first apply power to the breadboard. Other than that, this is what I need to learn more about Thonny or Python.

Poor buzzer circuit design, pins bent
The concept is nice for quick prototyping of circuits but the execution is flawed. Check for the schematic on GitHub(GH). The board I got did not exactly look like the GH one but it is close. Had to connect the buzzer pin on the P7 header to GND to stop the buzzer from coming on randomly. As someone else noted, leaving the pin floating is bad and there should be a pull down for this pin on the board. Minus one star for this. Board also arrived with a bunch of badly bent header pins. I managed to bend them back somewhat. Problem most likely stems from poor packaging. Minus one start for this. Overall, I still like the board. If you know what you are doing, it is reasonably OK. If you are a newbie, and you did not understand what I was talking about above, this board is not for you.

Disappointed.
The description says ‘for Raspberry Pi Beginners & Software Engineers’. This is neither for 'beginners' nor 'software engineers'. For beginners it does not teach you Python or MicroPython. And a real software engineer would not need something like this. They would go directly to the MicroPython documentation or to the Software Development Kit. It is mainly loading code, wiring up circuits and then watch them run. There is no detailed explanation of the code that a beginner would need. Here is an example from one of the programs that a beginner will not understand: tm.write([0b00111001, 0b00111111, 0b00111111, 0b00111000]). And most of the code for the individual sensors are a few lines long that only show you that they output a digital high or digital low. The included book does not have clear diagrams for wiring up the circuits. They do have photos, but they are not good enough to help you wire them up. And the first two projects in the book have mistakes.

De buttons react a little bit slower so I thought they didn't work. For the rest it's perfect. Ideal starter packet. Good quality for a good price

The buzzer keeps buzzing. I tried shorting it but to no success. The buzzer sound is to annoying to deal with. I wanted a replacement, but I have not received one, eventhough they said they have sent one. **After a few days, i received my replacement, and it works as intended, I am now happy again**

Great compact design, good access to signals. My integrated buzzer turns on sometimes even with no wiring and it is very annoying. The wire kit coming with board is male to male but not usable to connect to main headers as they are also male.

This is a very nice pico prototyping board; it has a good layout with clearly marked pins and makes both 5V and 3V3 supplies available as separate connections. To assist with learning to use the pico, the board has a number of LEDs, buttons and a buzzer, so you can quickly learn to use micro-python for basic input and output without any consideration for the constraints of building with discrete electronic components. The GeeekPi Github repository had a number of nice simple projects to get people going with this new Pico microcontroller. A very good product.
