Love it!
Bought this unit last year installed it into my 2004 Lexus RX330. Install went very smoothly only needing a Metra dash kit, steerring wheeel interface to retain steering wheel button controls, and the Atoto rear view camera to give me reverse camera capabilities.Install took maybe 5 orr so hours for all sodlering, install, running of rear camera, etc the end result was it made my car feel like a new car! This head unit performed perfectly, allowed me to install 20Gb of my own music plus I can use Pandora or whatever internet station of choce. I have full bluetooth usage for calls and texting, using Android Auto now I have usage of all apps from my phone including Waze and Google maps than I can access just using voice commands. When I had questions Atoto support has always gotten back to me within 24 hours. I could not be happier with this purchase so far have not had a single problem with this unit wouuld hoghly recommend

Better than most.
The unit is much better than the cheap double din units but still has its quirks. The radio app UI is not that good. Apple CarPlay sometimes bugs out but most of the time it is okay and connects wirelessly fine most of the time. It has trouble connecting to a new phone for Apple CarPlay wirelessly. Touch screen and brightness is good but the LEDs for the physical buttons burn out over time. The color orange is also not available in the selections to change the color of the lower physical buttons. Integrated dashcam app is good but the UI is also difficult to use. It is also difficult to import a background that fits the screen perfectly. Overall not a bad unit if you need Apple CarPlay.

Very POOR product quality
While I do not do product revies often, I have to warn people of the poor product quality of these units. I started using the ATOTO units 3 years ago, with the A6 model it worked but was very slow. I upgraded to this model. After the installation everything worked great and it was much faster. After 3 months, features that worked started failing. First the reverse camera stopped working when put in reverse. But the Rcam feature worked, so I was able to manually turning it on when needed.. then the GPS started giving the error GPS signal lost after driving for 10 minutes and the map froze. Then the backup camera started freezing when driving with it on.The frustrating thing is Support is in China and every correspondence takes 24 hrs.Mabey I just got a Lemmon but be aware and get the extra product protection add on if you buy this. It is a shame because I really liked the product and all the features.

Great head unit, the wireless Androit Auto steals the show.
But this into my wife's truck to replace an aging single DIN Pioneer radio. I was amazed at how the RCA outputs do not clip the signal until literally the last click of the volume + button. So many features. It boots up quickly and is available to use before you get your seat belt clicked. The wireless Android Auto is amazing and I won't have another car without. I also have the S8 Ultra going into my car soon and I'm buying another of these to put into my project car.

Generally Good But Has Draw Backs
Installed in a 1999 Tacoma. Using Nikita rear cam. Generally a good device with wireless CarPlay.Draw backs:1.a) RADIO INTERFERENCE!1.b) CarPlay occasionally freezes and has to be restarted2) toggling between Atoto radio app and CarPlay will often mute the radio app which is annoying (e.g. listening to radio and using maps)3) wish it had a dial for volume instead of buttons4) radio app often experiences interference despite all of the settings available. This is particularly annoying because the 20+ yo radio did not have this issue.5) re: the rear camera, all of the atoto features available are ONLY available when paired with atoto camera products.Considering all of the above you might find a better unit elsewhere. Or accept these compromises.

Pretty great with one overlooked item
My first unit arrived with the sub output not working. Atoto’s excellent support quickly shipped me a new one. New one works as it should. Feature set is impressive. HOWEVER, the eq does not adjust the subwoofer output. I’m shocked at this simple omission. You can only boost the sub, or lower the effective range to below where the main speaker is and then the sub becomes so limited in output it does somewhat negate having a great subwoofer if no other eq is implemented in your system. This failure to implement such a basic proper eq takes my 5 star rating to a 4. Harsh perhaps, but because of the large 60hz peak of my sub (as with many subs in a car) I have to lower the effective range to below 60hz to get rid of the annoying peak. So now my sub is good from 30hz-50hz with little output above 50hz. Overall sound is really good, but could be great with this simple change.Atoto’s support is outstanding, I will say.If a good sub setup is important to you with no other eq in your system, you may find this frustrating.
