cablecreation comes through again!
love this brand for high quality cords and cables. this one is VERY thick and feels solid. it might be a bit *too* thick, but i'd rather have that than a cable that bends and twists itself to death. works great for PCVR and any other sort of USBC -> PC needs. this one is specifically better than the kiwi one because i can use it for my phone, too- the tiny bit of extra length at the actual plug lets it clear the bottom of my phone case, which the kiwi cable did not.

When you need more than just a long USB-C charging cable
Using 5m cable for an Elgato Teleprompter - works great. This cable allows me to place my Elgato Prompter far enough from my PC to be useful. This is not the least expensive USB-C 5m cable. This is for those applications that require a lot of data to pass through that long cable. The Elgato Prompter uses just one cable for power and data to the prompter monitor. Many different reviews state to only use the included Elgato USB-C cable. If you just need power, this may not be the best cable - plenty of cheaper options that will just deliver amps (Don't expect anything other than power). If you need a full functioning, high speed USB cable to push power and data - this is a good option.

Works well
Not much to say. Works exactly as advertised, I use it to both charge my devices and connect my oculus to my PC. Works great for both

really, REALLY, high quality.
I have been using this for over a year and half now. As all cables do, it is starting to twist up and get tangled. But I’m terms of actually using it, it’s great. No fraying, cuts, melting, and the tip is still in good shape. It still supplies enough power to my Quest 2 VR headset and data transfer so I can use it with my computer. Even after all the beating it’s taken. My cable goes through a lot more stress than what most people would do it as well. Will be buying this one again when the time comes.

Works for Quest 2 just fine
Had these for months now with an adapter to use the Quest’s factory charger blocks. They will work for airlink, and keep the headset charged even while in use (as long as you aren’t already very low on charge). The cable quality is really high, I haven’t seen splits or anything like that, but the cable does attract gunk onto it if left on the floor. My only wish is that there had been a braided cable sheathe instead of the rubberized one as it is now, since braided cables tend to slide along flooring better and tangle less from my experience. It’s the only detracting thing about these cables though. They’re solid.

It'll get the job done on Oculus, but...
I bought this cord to use as a link cable with my Oculus Quest 2. It definitely works, for this application. The cord even has a couple reusable Velcro tie-wraps included, which can easily be used as a quick and dirty way of securing the cable to the side of the headset for strain relief. However, there's some weird quirks with this cord that make me think there's probably better options out there. The cable is very stiff, holding it's coiled shape, which keeps it from laying flat on you as you play. It's also quite noisy. This too may be down to it's stiffness, but you can really hear the shielding and copper shifting around in the cable as you move around. This is especially evident given the thing's right next to your ear at all times. Those first 2 issues may fade with use however, what won't fade is the texture of the cable itself. For some reason, that's completely beyond me, the manufacturer decided to give the cord a rubberized, grippy, coating to the entire length of the wire. This is horribly annoying as it provides extra resistance whenever you try to turn your head. For me it's essentially a deal breaker for using it for VR. If this cable happens to be dramatically cheaper than other off-brand link cables (it's not as of writing), it might be worth getting as a spare, because again it absolutely works. But the devil's in the details and, for this product, those details kill it's chances as a daily driver for me.

They are so sturdy and thick that I was shocked. For such a price, I didn’t expect to get such a high-quality product. They work great and look even better than in the pictures.

I got 2.5 Gbps which I think is the the max bandwidth the headset is capable of. It's enough for a stable link with the headset. The cable quality is good. It might be a bit heavy so you'll need to think of a good way to position. There is a velcro thingy that you can use to attach the cable to a headset temple to reduce stress on the port.
