10/10 product and I don’t say that often.
Everything about this product is good, the sound is excellent the receiver works right out of the box. The instruction manual is easy enough to understand. Overall this honestly is some of the best wireless mics I’ve came across. If your looking for a quality cheaper alternative to the $1000 wireless mics then this is worth picking up.

Good Mics!
I have now used these mics for about a month and the battery on the receiver is shot. The battery in the mic is fine, but the receiver dies after just a few minutes.The audio quality is pretty good, and is totally workable with a little post editing.UPDATE:Apparently the unit I had originally had a faulty battery. Balila sent me a replacement and it works PERFECTLY. You seriously cannot beat these mics for the price. Anything better will cost more than twice the price and only have nominal difference in audio quality and just some quality of life upgrades to compatibility to be honest. I have been doing audio/video work for about 15 years, and these things ROCK!

Works well for price
These work well for the price, though sometimes you can to mess with the plugs or you won’t hear any of the received audio. Seems to have to be in a particular spot to record, but the sound quality is decent

Great sound and easy setup
The product works great on my cell phone and the sound is high quality. The receiver paired with the transmitters seamlessly. I appreciate the hardside carrying case that came with the set.My camcorder has a 3-pole connector for the audio/mic. This set has a 4-pole connector. When I try to get audio, it does not record through my camcorder. I'm thinking I may need a 3-pole/4-pole piece to help with the audio translation.I'll give this a 4.5 rating because it works perfectly for my phone. Once I get the 3-4 pole translation piece, I'll update to 5 stars.UPDATE: The issue is not with the wireless set, it is with my camera. The set works great and the sound is crisp and clear. I will use it with the more upscale cameras that I have access to. This is a 5-star recommendation from me

Ok. You get what you pay for.
I have two sets of these and they work. They’re very easy to use and the build quality and case are excellent.The audio quality is only okay. There is a lot of hiss and noise. It’s generally okay for cheap filmmaking, but it requires post-production processing to clean up.

Great quality all around.
I have been using these for over a year now for work and personal projects. I was surprised at first about how good the sound quality was. Far better than what the price suggests and easily comparable to more expensive mics. Easy to charge with a good battery life. Never ran out of charge on 3+ hour shoots. Top notch.

Simple...does not work with iPhone
I've tried to use the Balila lav for video with the iPhone 12 pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max...no audio. I've followed all instructions, plugged in according to instructions...no audio. I've spent years in A/V so I'm pretty confident in getting recording equipment to work, but not in this case.I spoke with Apple tech support to attempt to get this to work with my iPhone. It verified there is a compatibility issue with the iPhone and this microphone.Fred
