What type of water needs to be used, tap or distilled

I’m a quilter I don’t use steam in the iron I use a spray bottle of water. If I did I would use bottled spring water, Distilled water doesn’t have the minerals that an iron needs to work properly. My tap water has too many minerals and it builds up so using bottled spring water takes care of that. I hope this helps.

There is no voltage. It does not include the iron. It’s just the case.

Does this product have steam holes??.

The case does not have steam holes. Also it needs to be about an inch longer for the rubber mat. However, since the mat is flexible, it works. Nice little package to throw with your sewing stuff when traveling.

Hello, I live in a place with a voltage of 220 v. This product is for that voltage?

Yes. For both. It has a small switch where you can select either 110 or 220.
