I ordered this on Prime yesterday, the box arrived this afternoon. Took me about 30 minutes to assemble, test, and mount it on my son's bedroom wall. I think it took my son longer to come up with his own layout than it did for me to assemble and mount t them on the wall. My biggest mistake was to do this near his bed time because he's having so much fun with it that I doubt he'll be going to sleep anytime soon. I'm very impressed with this product. It's obviously made really well because the plastic fasteners have to meet tight tolerances and the fit is perfectly snug. Assembly was really easy, my only mistake was the install the USB connectors upside down, but that was easily reversed. There are so many light patterns LED unit by hand. The picture attached was when we first started playing with it and hadn't yet discovered the fun trick of making each one a different color. I won't share how because it's a neat trick. Love the product! Great for kids, ex-ravers like me, and just great for brightening up an otherwise boring wall.

This product was just what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It came with clear and simple instructions on how to connect the lights and use the included remote control. My kids use this as a nightlight in their bedroom and they absolutely love being able to touch the lights to change the color, so much so that they fight over who gets to pick the color. I might just have to order another one so they can each have their own and customize to their liking.

These may possible be the cheapest and worst lights I have ever seen. For starters, the main issue is that each hexagon is connected by a two-way USB connection that is in no way shape or form fitting. Its lose, easily becomes disconnected, has no inter-locking mechanism. These hexagons fall apart before you can ever get them on your wall. I think, the designer intended to remedy this by adding little two prong pegs that would slot in to the tips of the hexagons to make them attach better. In my experience it did absolutely nothing as the second you go to carefully put these on the wall, they fall out so you're back at square one. even if connected semi properly, the flow of power is run through the little two-way USB adapters. This is extraordinarily poor because adequate power doesn't flow all the way down the daisy chain making the lights at the end of that chain less bright. Assuming you even get these connected properly and mounted on the wall, now you have to deal with the fact that the lights arent responsive to touch, sometimes you have to tap them kind of hard to get them to switch color. This can also inadvetantly disconnect the lights by doing so. So you're left with the remote, which may or may not work when you press a button. What you miss out on with the remote is you cant change individual lights. It just changes the entire connected relay. Finally, Once you mount them to your wall, you better have spakle and paint ready if you want to end up returning them or moving them because the adhesive they use is unreal strong. It has left several holes in paint and dry wall. Just stay far away from these.

Lights are decent with good colors and the touch to change color is nice. They are an absolute pain to keep stuck together. The connectors make me want to hot glue it in a position I like. The lights are not bright enough to provide lighting for anything more than a small closet (maybe) these were intended to be used to build a light wall in the gaming room but a simple small neon light from target outshines these. Cool for design but not function. Main reason for 3 stars is the included power brick died. For the price, I would have expected the brick to work. I've had cheaper bricks last longer. It started whining really loud and it continued to whine after unplugged. This makes me believe it was a blown capacitor or multiple. I would advise not using the included brick and finding a better power solution.

They work very well, and good GOD do they stick well. Make sure you install them correctly the first time, and be ready to spackle if you need to take them off. While that sounds like a bad thing, I don't have to worry about them ever falling, so I consider it a plus. They look fantastic and work really well!

I've been upgrading my study which is also my collectors room. I've recently purchased a light up desk and frame. This was the perfect addition. The only reason I docked a star is because the lights can easily come unattached while moving them to the desired location (I made the shape I wanted then struggled to get it onto the wall because I had to hold all the hexagons together). But other than that no issues! No matter what color I have my desk light set to, I can make these match. The remote is a super awesome addition as well

I bought this as a toy but ended up being very practical night reading lamp. The remote has a feature for 30 minute shut off, I'm out before that. It has 4 or 5 brightness settings, so I set it low/warm light. The tiles are made from study plastic, each with touch capacitive sensors for individual color selection. It receives the remote signal without any delay. Worth every penny!
