Very nice but..........
This is a very nice dressing,you can taste the fig but the virgin olive oil is way too overpowering and ruins it somewhat.

Figgy Delight!
I absolutely love balsamic vinegar, but I'd not tried a white balsamic until my eyes alighted on this little beauty whilst I was browsing that particular section. I genuinely thought - because it was such a low price - that it would be a total disappointment. How wrong was I? It is just lovely and has completely tranformed my salads, of which I eat an awful lot. It's beautifully light, but with a really pleasing, subtle, figgy flavour which, thankfully does not overwhelm your meal as the dark balsamics are very inclined to do. Since I purchased this, every single one of my salads has been dressed with my new, lovely, figgy favourite. So, many thanks and I will be re-purchasing very soon.
