Superb Customer Service and Integrity, great product.
This is a great product backed up by great customer service. And here's why: First about the net itself. It is very easy to set up and use in about 10 minutes of reading the instructions and performing the actual set up. After that, set up and disassembly only takes about a minute. The net performs as advertised and I use it inside the garage as well as out in the yard. The striking mat that comes with the net is very sturdy and doesn't fall apart easily. I'm sure over time I will have to replace it but, it is holding up very well at this time. Now for the great customer service: I had only had the net for 5 days and while moving the net a gust of wind caught the assembly and it fell over onto the driveway striking the concrete. I very small, but crucial part was broken off rendering the net unusable. I immediately contacted Rukket Sports via their online warranty report site and requested how I could purchase the part (one of the collapsable support poles). I asked because it was MY FAULT that the part was broken. I could have and should have been more careful moving the net and I wasn't. In my opinion, there was no indication of faulty workmanship or quality. I simply allowed the net to fall over by my own carelessness and inattention. So, after waiting only two days and hearing nothing at all from Rukket, I arrived home to find a package from Rukket, it was the replacement support pole that I had broken. This is a great company who stands behind their products and who supports their customers even when the customer makes a mistake. Thank you Rukket Sports.

Worth every penny.
Very solid product and even better customer service. I initially bought a cheaper/smaller net with the "tent pole" set up and was really disappointed in how long it took to set up and the fact that it blew over with a slight breeze (even after I put a few tent stakes in the ground to try to keep it stable). I wanted a golf net because I don't have a lot of time to get to the driving range, but it ended up taking me just as long to set up the net, hit 20 or 30 balls, deal with it constantly blowing over, then taking it down. The wind caused my old net to sway which had me worried that it would fall over just as I hit a shot and that ball would go through a neighbors window. I could have built some wood base or something, but I honestly didn't want to spend anymore money on that cheap set up, and didn't want to have the net permanently set up in my backyard.I decided to spend the extra money on the Rukket Haack Net and it is honestly worth every penny. The base is welded together nicely and has a solid weight to it so the wind isn't an issue anymore. The net is heavy duty and hasn't tangled on me once (something I was worried about for some reason). Set up is really easy (about 3 mins) and the net is wide enough for the occasional mishit. The hitting mat that is included is really good quality and looks exactly the same as when I bought it even after a few hundred iron shots.Overall, very impressed with the product and it has allowed me to practice those weird drills from YouTube in the privacy of my own backyard.

Great tool to improve the golf game
Got this for Christmas for my 11 year old son but Dad is enjoying it as well. This net is great and I have probably doubled the number of golf balls that I have hit in my 20 years of playing golf over the past 2 months! This is a great tool to help with ball striking and can be used indoors - ours is set up on the workshop. We can work on chipping, approach, and driving indoors, anytime of the day/night. This has helped to improve my game and scores in a short period of time.Feedback concern - I was Leary of hitting loads of golf balls off of artificial turf into a net and not get the feedback that is experienced on the range. the spin on the ball from the club contact gives you feedback as the ball comes out of the net. If the ball returns closer to your feet than at address, its a cut shot. If the ball comes out of the net and moves away from the feet/position at address - its a draw spin. The farther the ball returns away from or closer to the feet, the bigger the draw or cut shot - slice or hook shot. Of course a ball that returns straight back to address position is straight. This is a good, well made product that we will enjoy for years - with one exception. We will need to replace the turf very soon. It wears out faster than I thought it would.

Sticker shock at first, but WORTH EVERY PENNY!!
When buying a net to hit golf balls in, I was concerned about the durability of the product and if it really was big enough for that occasional "slider" off to the side. I mean, if a person is going to be hitting hard objects into the net, how long will it take the abuse? Eventually it'll deteriorate with the abuse. Also, I didn't want to spend $300 on a big "professional" net setup (to be honest I wasn't happy with spending $150 for this). Just something in my back yard to whack balls into. This net IS AWESOME!! I'd easily spend the $150 again knowing what I know now. It sets up fast, can be taken down easily, comes with a "travel case" that everything packs into (though I used it once and now just leave it set up, just take down the net at night). The net is tough and thick. The ball weirdly just "dies" in the net. Occasionally with wind pulling the net taut you can get the ball to roll back to your feet, other than that the ball softly hits the net and drops down. If you're using any wedges on this net you'll have to get closer or you can shoot it over, but that shouldn't be a shock. But it isn't so close that you're "in" the net or even close to hitting it with a club during follow through. The net really is that great. The only negative I have is the mat: It works for what it is, but it isn't great. There is a lifetime warranty on it (which I'll need to use as I got chunky once and it tore in between the two of the different types. It also moves if you're a divot taker. Granted, that shouldn't be surprising and the mat doesn't get torn up doing it (though I think over time it will). All in all this is a great net, and I'd HAPPILY pay the money for it. I was pleasantly surprised, and have been using it a lot!

Supplier has integrity!
The product shipped was broken in several pieces. The box was damaged and multiple pieces were broken. We had is 75% assembled and we were frustrated at the idea of having to get it back in the box to return. The company gave us a full refund and we didn’t have to return the damaged product. We were grateful for that. As a side note all the components seemed to be of good quality had there been no damage.

Great fit for the garage.
Both my husband and son are enjoying the golf net; they have it set up in the garage and it's working out perfectly.Did purchase a large piece of indoor/outdoor turf to hit off and helps with ball rollback.
