Gaffers Tape - 2 inch by 30 Yard Roll - Black - Main Stage Gaff Tape - Easy to Tear, Matte Non-Reflective Finish

I’ve used gaffers tape in place of duct tape for a lot of things. It holds a bit better and when removing it does not leave a harsh residue behind like duct tape. I have not looked for it for quite a while but I don’t recall seeing 1inch gaffers tape. Would be nice to find again.

Gaffers tape is handy because it functions as well as duct tape in most situations without leaving sticky residue when removed. This product does all of that. It is super easy to tear, exactly as advertised. The matte, non-reflective finish makes writing on it for labels easy. Removing the tape is quick, leaves no residue, and removes even less paint or carpeting that any other tape that I've seen.The only times it has not worked was when used in high-heat situations (I taped a camera to a vehicle dashboard to film a time-lapse while driving). The hot summer sun in Texas made some of the adhesive start to lose its stickiness, but adding an extra strip of tape or re-securing the tape can overcome that issue.I highly recommend this product, especially to anybody working in photography or video production.

This isn't the strongest adhesive I've had on gaff tape and for semi-permanent installs you'd probably want to go with something else but for a show that you're going to tear down at the end of the night these are nice rolls to have.No issue with residue left behind in my experience.

Genuine GAFF tape is the way to go... It's perfect for securing audio cables and not leaving a residue when you peel it off.It's my go-to tape for all audio events! Keeps your cables neat and prevents tripping.

This tape is great for stage touch up . I used it for the stage set up for my concert to cover gaps between the stage decks and this roll of tapes did a fantastic job. It was non-reflective and removal was easy without any damage to the stage decks. And also this is much cheaper than the ones sold at Home Depot or Sam Ash.

Y’all are complaining this is supposed to be as sticky as duct tape....if it was supposed to be duct tape it would be called duct tape. I used this for a The Kim Kardashian boob tape trick for a Christmas party dress...gurrrls this makes your boobs look like a million dollar boob job. Seriously try it. Never fell off my skin after several hours of dancing, drunk sweats, and multiple climate changes. Also once I ripped it off...it did not hurt one bit. I was bracing myself for some sort of pain but nope no pain (this may not be super accurate pain assesment because I had several vodka sodas)

I never really knew bout gaff tape until I did some work in live music onstage, but it's just so much better than duct tape for everyday use, in my opinion. It doesn't leave residue, and it's very durable while still relatively easy to tear.

This is great tape, it's easy to rip and has a great amount of tape in 1 roll. We use this kind of tape for everything from making marks, keeping wiring connected to holding things up on walls without leaving residue. This tape is super helpful in all aspects of video production!

A standard roll of gaffer's tape, but nothing to worry about. Leaves little to no sticky residue as you'd want, easy to tear, robust enough for taping seamless rolls or fabric to a floor. Nothing more to say really - it's tape and it does the job tape should do, at a reasonable price.

I never knew what this stuff was.. i took a chance on it.. WOW....i use tape for everything.. and this stuff is like Discovering Tape again for first time!!STRONG.. yet EASY to tear off.... does NOT leave gross tape residue .. its a JOY to work with!i am now a LIFE LONG customer of this stuff... ive not tried other brands.. but why fix whats not broken ? this stuff is amazing ... its WELLL worth the price !! ( i just got my second roll ! yahooooo)

Works like they said it would. No residual buildup left behind. I use it for sticking backdrops on walls, holding wires in place and even sometimes fastening my flash diffusers when they’re loose.

I bought this gaff tape specifically because it touted it being non reflective and for my purpose I need it to actually be non reflective... while it's possibly suitable for most people's needs in that respect, it was certainly not for me.

Good quality, a little expensive though
