This cute little water fountain was a purchase I made for someone who has 2 cats that are her babies. I thought it would be a nice addition for them and something different from their everyday routine. I got a video and a call saying thank you so much for thinking about all of them because it brought a little something special to their day. Not to mention it has a filter so it has health benefits on top of the ambiance and decorative features. You may want to add a little mat underneath because it was very exciting when it first arrived. They couldn’t decide if it was a fun new water toy or not. Eventually after a few days they started seeing more spots to clean litter box, which is always a good thing because cats can get dehydrated sometimes. Build quality is great and maybe set a reminder for changing the filters it only comes with one additional replacement in box.

This little fella is awesome. It replaces a cheaper one and is miles better. We love how it keeps a good amount of water fresh and flowing for a quick refreshing sip anytime! It is well built and the pump is much better than the prior unit that broke too soon. It is easy to clean and you can even put Mio in it for an extra zip with every sip. My family really enjoys it and it is a great conversation item when guests come over- they all want to try it and have gotten their own too!It has already outlasted the prior one and shows no sign of struggle to pump nonstop. It will even pump champagnes and other drinkable liquids. I’m going to get more for our nightstands I think to make a midnight trip to the fridge water unnecessary or instead of still/stagnant water in a glass there! Enjoy!! !

I’ve had it for a month and it’s been leaking EVERYWHERE. I can’t see any cracks and I’m stumped at what the issue is. I have to refill it more often. My two cats don’t drink that much water nor play in it. I’ve cleaned it weakly and changed the filter as well and yet it leaks so much. What a waste of money. Don’t buy this unless you want to chance getting a damaged product that you can’t even find the problem to fix.EDIT 05/08/25-Five star reviews given due to how wonderful the customer service is. They reached out to offer a full refund and to replace the fountain w/ 4 extra filters free of charge as well. I declined the replacement since I just don’t like the fountain really but the customer service was great. I just was going to call this a loss but I’m getting my money back. Best part is THEY reached out to me!! I thought my window for returns was over so this was a pleasant surprise.If you have issues with your product, the company has good customer service and should be able to provide you with solutions. I will definitely keep this company in mind if I ever change my mind about getting a new water fountain.

Our 5 month old kitten loves to play with her water before, during and after drinking it. Weird but it's her thing so we got this in hopes of providing unlimited water supply instead of the traditional bowl that she just throws all the water out on the floor with her paw. We've had no issue with this fountain at all! It's quiet except for when more water needs to be added which is an easy fix and you can see when it's getting low from the window in front. Kitten stays in large bathroom at night so I turn the light on at night so she has a little more light. She still bats the water around so we keep the fountain on tile floor with a washcloth next to it to keep the spills at bay. Bonus it comes with a very thin rubber mat to sit on but the water gets all under it. I only gave 4 stars because if the basin were a little less shallow, the water might stay more contained. Not sure if that is a design issue or my water cat issue but there you have it.

It is a game changer for my Miniature Schnauzer to enjoy! With her aging and having a 98% dry food diet, I worried if she was getting enough water daily. Knowing she has access to water whenever she needs it warms my heart. My kitchen is small and narrow, so I placed her food and water fountain in the bedroom to avoid debris and heavy foot traffic contaminating the filter and pump. The fountain is a perfect height to avoid straining her neck, and she used it within seconds when I turned it on. I plan to purchase a replacement pump because I need the fountain to last long. I often forget the device is in the room until I see the blue light, a fantastic feature that alerts me about the water level. Several reviews complained about the pump failing to work after six months. The instructions indicate that the pump should be cleaned thoroughly every 2-3 weeks to avoid replacing it.
