I researched every grill basket on the market and decided on the one made by Cave Tools due to the rounded edges, evenly distributed cut outs, sturdiness, and the fact it is dishwasher safe. I am thrilled with my purchase!! My husband has used it over 20 times now and it has yet to disappoint. Every veggie has been grilled to perfection...and my husband no is longer cursing the asparagus that fell through the grates (which means no more dirty looks from the neighbors:) I agree that it is not the easiest to clean, but if you soak it in the new dawn spray and wipe off the sticky residue before putting it into the dishwasher it makes a huge difference.

I have cooked veggies, shrimp and potatoes on the grill in this basket and they come out perfect, grilled flavor, al dente and so tasty. I just marinate chopped veggies with oil and seasonings while the grill and basket heat up. Then I dump the veggies in the basket and stir a bit, close the lid and stir again. When my meats are done So are the veggies. I am giving everyone in my family a Caveman Tools Veggie Basket for the holidays. Also wanted to mention some reviews state the basket is difficult to clean but I discovered mine returns to shiny original luster after about 5 minutes on the grill. It’s made of a high quality steel and the stains turn to ash.

I found this on Amazon after looking to buy a VERY similar grill basket sold by a very popular other brand. This one was about $5 cheaper and the reviews seemed very good. I have used it a few times and I'm very happy with this basket. The size is perfect, the quality seems very good, and the sidewalls are high enough to keep your veggies inside. The items I cooked had plenty of EVOO on them so it didn't stain the steel after use. Cleaned up real nice. But I know in the long run it will stain but that is to be expected for anything you are using on a hot grill. So if you are looking to buy either this basket or the leading brand name basket, I suggest saving yourself $5 and get this one.

.. but oh well, we love it anyway.. We tried soaking, pre spraying.. sos.. ..But its great for fish n veggies...hefty.. great size!

Love the product! Loved being able to grill our veggies on the grill and keep them all contained, getting a nice crisp. Looking forward to trying them in the smoker. Only complaint was the package arrived with no outer box so it came as if it was coming off the store shelf. It was smashed on the one end. Being it was a present, I was worried that it might be damaged. It was all good though."

I bought this vegetable grill basket for my husbands birthday. He loves to grill, and lately we have enjoyed grilling vegetables. This grill basket it awesome! We absolutely love it. It is the perfect size for our family. It made grilling vegetables easy, they stayed in the basket and was easy to mix and grill with ease. The handles on the side make it easy to lift directly from the grill straight to the table for eating. I think everyone should have one of these for grilling. Honestly I'm not a huge fan of veggies, but the way my husband grills and seasons his veggies I could eat them everyday.

Just got this a few days ago and already put it to good use. Must tell you this is the 1st time I've ever made kabobs and grilled veggies. I sprayed the basket with a little cooking spray as well as spraying the veggies and seasoned them. They turned out delicious! The basket was easy to use and clean up was a little challenging but with a little elbow grease it came very clean.

Makes the veggies easy to go onto the grill. Easy to clean.

I bought the BBQ vegetable Grill Basket at Amazon Canada and received it on September 9th 2020. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product. I thoroughly washed the basket in warm soapy water the first time I used it. I sprayed oil at the bottom of the basket prior to use; then I filled with some vegetables to cook on my Napoleon Gas BBQ. It grilled just fine, but when I washed it again; the stainless steel was discolored and spots; as if peeled off, appeared. I`m not thrilled about the quality of the stainless steel.

Item received in a mangled shipping box. Item looked as if it had been run over by heavy vehicle. I applaud Amazon for crediting my account quickly and hassle free.
