Comes with 2 gel pads, they don't go too solid left in the freezer but if they do then just leave them out for a couple of minutes which allows them to become more supple.Nifty little pocket to slip the gel pads into to enable you to wrap them easily and apply directly to the area required.Can't fault them.

Warming for aches and pains
Product is good for either cold or hot compress- the bag is likely to burst if you exceed the time in the microwave, make sure you do not exceed the recommended exposure time when heating up
