The most effective book about biting for helping my autistic toddler to understand “we don’t bite”. I do wish that they addressed not biting someone other than his Mom (like friends, myself, etc.) but we just ad lib and make it work. A great resource for any parent trying to help their child stop biting.

I bought this for my 20 month old son who is starting to get the big toddler feelings and had started to bite when he got really frustrated. He just absolutely loves this book and wants to read it over and over! Even though biting wasn't a huge issue yet, it really helped to stop the budding behavior. Each page that tells you what not to bite he says "No no!", when my husband asks "Do you bite mama?" he says "NO NO!".... and then every time we get to the last page where the dinos hug, he will turn and give me the BIGGEST hug and that alone makes this mama's favorite book too. I could not recommend this more! We will definitely be trying some of the other Little Dino books too!
