Delightful
I love this book. I only recently discovered Pushkin and this is my second book (after Onegin). As a long time Shakespeare fan, this book has given me something new, and yet similar, to enjoy. It reminds me of the Henry plays, and you have to know what is going on, so be sure to read the Historical Introduction.The other short works are also delightful.

The dramatic works of Pushkin are wonderful pieces. The short 'Little Tragedies' are greatly enjoyable and thought-provoking. This edition is very readable, well-translated, and well presented.
