Un libro che non può mancare nella libreria di un trail runner. Consegna puntuale, imballaggio impeccabile. Non serve estrema padronanza della lingua per comprendere il testo che è chiaro e leggibile.

Great book, clearly written, with easy to follow plans. iRunFar is famous for a reason and this book is a great one to have on hand when working on training for ultras, especially since there are so few other resources of this quality. Even the new Jack Daniels Running Formula that claims to have advice on ultras includes it as an afterthought, making this book a must for the runner working on every surface, every distance.

Having sampled several books about ultramarathon training, I settled on this one. It was extremely useful: I have now run my first ultra and I am contemplating the second one. This book is packed full with very sensible advice, training plans (at different levels) and motivating stories. I recommend it.
