VWELL Silicone Wands Set Hands-Free Suction Tapered Medical Silicone (Complete 5 Kit System)

I'm still new to having to use these. I was diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosis last year, so IYKYK...I've tried the plastic ones (those are not durable and cracked if dropped on tiles) and the curved ones..(are not as comfortable as you would think they'd be) so, when I saw these I was hoping they'd be as great as their reviews. I've used it several times already and so far no big complaints. I use coconut oil as a lubricant because I have allergic reactions to anything else that is recommended. Only problem I've experienced by using coconut oil is that my body absorbs it quickly and it causes the biggest wand to get stuck if I keep it in too long. So, I have to reapply after several minutes.

I'll be honest with you in this review... What lead me to purchase these? I was suddenly very sick and lost over 30lbs in about 6 months, leaving me at about 92lbs. EVERYTHING shrunk on me, I even lost a whole shoe size! To make matters worse, it had been about 2 years since my last intamacy. It was absolutely not going to fit in! I panicked! I was under 40 years old! How could this happen? I went to physical therapy for it, and the vwell products were suggested as part of my "exercise". You start out with the size that is comfortable for you, and increase in size as you increase your exercise duration. You don't ram it in and out, that's not what it's for! You breathe deep, relax your pelvic floor muscles, and allow your body to relax and contour to the size chosen. If you can tolerate it at full insertion with no discomfort, it may be time to size up. This can take days or even weeks, so be patient. You can slow or discontinue therapy any time you feel comfortable with your progress and current size tolerance.High quality! I don't have much to compare them to, but they are very sturdy/solid (small one is flexible) while maintaining the silky softness of silicone. Easy to clean, and they come with a cloth storage bag. These saved my sex life!

Used it regularly, and it helped with my vaginismus.

Used these post pelvic radiation to rebuild vaginal walls. The graduation of sizes kept me comfortable & within a few weeks I was close to normal again.

Perfect for medical reasons. Highly recommend using lube with these. Wish there was a size between 4 & 5. Almost wish there was a 6th option.

Good size range, and good instuction manual! They clean easily (but let off a chemically odor?) and best of all are helping me with my tense pelvic floor.

I literally just got these today and normally don’t write reviews, but I’ve already had a breakthrough with the first dilator! I have vaginismus, and for the longest time I couldn’t insert anything in myself, not even a tampon. However, after a bit of time and relaxation (and lube) I was able to fully and comfortably insert dilator 1 multiple times… I’m in shock. The soft, smooth feel of the silicone definitely helped in achieving this. Rn I’m feeling really proud of myself and am excited to continue making progress! For anyone else who’s going through this you are definitely not alone, and though this might feel really intimidating at first it can get better. Just be patient with yourself and take things one step at a time :)
