Juki 1-Needle, 3-Thread Overlock Machine
The Juki name is standard to the sewing industry. This machine is absolutely wonderful. Threaded and ready to use, right from the box. Simple rethreading makes changing colors a breeze. Extremely simple to use and quite durable.

I'm a beginner serger! Love it!
I have sewn all my life (I'm 62 and my grandmother taught me to make a skirt for my dolls when I was still sitting on her lap) but have never owned a serger. I bought an old used Bernina for $40 a few months ago - and although I know it's a good company, it was very difficult to thread and to troubleshoot. I was frustrated every time I attempted to use it. I finally did some research and looked for a basic beginner level serger. I chose this model. It was deliver two days after I ordered it (!) and after a short set-up, I was up and serging! Such a great machine. Solid, easy to use, beautiful stitches. I really didn't realize how much I'd enjoy the rolled hem capability, but it's just been amazing. Rolled hem is achieved by sliding a switch and quick adjustment on stich length! I've been making dress-up clothing for my granddaughter - princess dresses and such - and the ease of using this machine has been just a joy. Can't believe I waited so long to get a good serger - but I do believe this IS a GOOD serger!

Excellent Serger!
Just opened the box today and have been using the juki for a few hours now, Excellent! So very very happy with it. I use a serger for work 5 days a week, I have been using Husqvarna 200H class for 5 or more years I have a few of them actually, after having to spend allot to service them often and I have also experienced trouble with heavy fabric, I decided to change to Juki. The price is half of what I pay for the Viking and the positive reviews pushed me to make the purchase. Glad I did! stitching is more precise regardless of fabric thickness. Its also quiet compared to my other machines. Threading the Juki does have more steps to it. The Juki is faster than most sergers at 1500 stitchs vs usual 1300. Overall It has a more finished stitch than the viking and singer sergers I have used in the past. Very Pleased!
