I replaced 30 yr. old Franke faucet ans RO tank system with this facet and RO system. Beautiful facet, great functions. Super pleased with everything. Our city water tastes like dirt and the RO system seems to work well. Water does taste a tiny salty, but for the price and all-in-one system, I'm very happy. I've been using it for about 6 months now and battery on RO is still almost full and filter is just above half. I use it for alot of drinking water, food washing and ice cubes for me and the dogs ;) Highly recommend the faucet and RO system. I looked at quite a few before purchasing this one and am super pleased.

Very nice faucet, easy to install and now over a year later... to write this review. Cstomer service has been phenomenal. I had a problem with the nozzle finish and they replaced it ASAP. Performs good between sprayer to stream.

Love the faucet! Hire a plumber for install. DIY is a bit tricky.

Works great to connect our Ispring Tankless RO water filter. It has a built in spout to reduce the need to add a separate dispenser and drill the countertop to make an additional hole. It’s past the 1 month mark and there have been no leaks or changes in functioning. The sprayer works great and it looks really nice on our porcelain sink. It’s pricey, but for this design there aren’t a lot of options here that good really high marks. The cheaper offerings seemed to have a lot more issues with leaking, quality, and lower satisfaction levels. Be sure to register it with the manufacturer.

Very straightforward install under the sink and works well with my RO system. No leaks or issues so far (used daily for well over a year now).

This item looks good, the 2-in-1 separate filter line is useful, and installation was straightforward. Unfortunately after 18 months, the faucet started leaking from inside the metal housing. Even when the faucet was turned off, water would leak slowly from inside the housing, down the line, and dripped over a few days. It ended up ruining my cabinet and the drywall on the ceiling of the floor below. The manufacturer, Kraus, claims a "lifetime limited warranty", but within the warranty text, the faucet hardware is only covered from defects for 1 year and 5 years, with more limits. After 1 year, they will also charge you for shipping the defective item back to them. I understand that I should have read the warranty terms in more detail before purchasing the item. However, I didn't expect a kitchen faucet to fail within such a short time frame, given how expensive it was. I also take issue with companies that try extract shipping fees from their customers when their products are defective and under warranty. Since I wasn't interested in paying for shipping to have a defective item repaired, and no longer trusted the manufacturer, I asked about return options. The agent condescendingly answered, "honey, we're the manufacturer, you'll have to call Amazon about that" and abruptly ended the conversation. I understand that defective items will occur from time to time. However, I do expect that companies stand by their products and provide support for their customers when it happens. Unfortunately Kraus is not one of those companies and I had to go through Amazon to get help with this situation. I'm sure most people who have bought this product have a faucet that's working fine. However, in the off chance that you get a defective unit, just know that Kraus will not be helpful. You're better off buying from another company for the same price range.

Its a beautiful pièces, its seems to be great quality, well made. There is a review with à guy saying that it wasn't engineered well because the heat would stay in place. So that is stupid, you need to install the weight underneath to create tension on the head. So that said I definitely would buy again.

Looks good. No leaks but this is NOT as advertised as being able to hook up to most reverse osmosis water filters which is why I bought it so save more counter top space. I have reached out to the sellar to try to troubleshoot shoot but no response

I install these at work all the time finally bought one for myself I love it, super easy to install you could have the worlds thickest counter top and still have thread left over

Have been using this for over a month now, and it's been great! Good build quality, looks great, and having the filtered water built-in as opposed to needing to drill a separate hole in the counter is really convenient (and works well)! I would highly recommend this faucet. EDIT: Following up again 7 months later, and this faucet is still great! It remains sturdy and still looks great. EDIT #2: Another follow-up (Jun 2025), this faucet is still working and looking great. Very happy with this purchase, even three years later.

Perfect product if you have a RO system under the sink and you don't one an extra faucet. Looks really good, and minimal it's easy to install and to use. The colour is a true champagne gold and not as "yellow" as it looks in the pictures.
