I won’t loss my glasses now

I work in an office where I am by myself much of the time, but do interact with people other times. So I am often donning and doffing my mask. (I don't know the last time I used the word "doffing" but you know what I mean!! ha ha!) When I am alone I take it off and put it on one corner of my desk...then when someone comes in I am always grabbing for it or sometimes I put it in the wrong place, etc. This is nice because you can take it off and it is still around your neck...no getting lost. I like that the chains are subtle and jewelry like. I mean the string kind are nice but when I am dressed nicely for work I don't always want a shoestring like thing on my neck.Just yesterday my state dropped the mask mandate for most places for vaccinated people. I don't mind wearing a mask actually. I am basically a shy person and I think I like them because I can sort of talk to people and still sort of hide behind them! I have a friend who is the president of a hospital and he said that there are sooo many fewer cases of things like flu this year because of masks...not just covid. But I will probably just follow the crowd...I went to the flower store yesterday and was the only person there still wearing one. I mean it was the first day! Data shows that only 36% of people in my county are fully vaccinated (like me), but maybe I just got lucky that the 50 people there just happened to be a random sample of the vaccinated 36% (ha ha ...kidding!) I just felt like I was doing my part for the people who can't get a vaccination for some reason and my mask wearing helps them feel more comfortable going in places. But sadly we seem to live in a world where making someone else's life easier is not that important anymore. I mean, am I really all that inconvenienced by wearing a mask for 10 minutes in a store to maybe save someone's life? I wear shoes when I don't always want to. Whatever...I don't really understand people very much. Anyway...I digress. I will still wear mine where they are required and probably other places where it seems that it couldn't hurt. If I get dirty looks from mean people, fine (I can always stick my tongue out at them under my mask if I want to! ha ha!)Overall (sorry for the rant) these little holders are very nice. They are pretty, the metal isn't jaggy or anything and the claws on the end work well. I also can use these for glasses if I want to (and I misplace those often too!)
