Good quality and comfortable but the size was smaller than I expected. Need to get a size higher.

I like the quality of the product, however I was not able to use it because the size is really small. I measured and followed the size chart. My waist is 32 inches which the size chart says L, however L measures 28 inches and there is little to no stretch in the product.

I was confuse with the Size to go for,but a lady helped me with her review. My waist is 43 am suppose to go for 3xl but I ordered 2xl whichis perfect on me . Snatched my waist 4 inches away from the first hook and I love it cos am going for the second hook soon.

33inch size waist so i bought M size thought i can squeeze in. But ended up return back and bought L size. And fit perfectly! Great quality feel more comfortable when you sit. ✨

I bought a Medium for a 31-32 fluctuating waist line.Product was scheduled to arrive on 16th July, but arrived on 9th itself.The product fit on the last hook, with some sweat and effort, which means I can use it until I reach my desired waist line. However, this product is breathable. Value for moneyMy only negative however is the front height is much longer and was pushing my breasts high up. (I am 5'2"). This is ideal for a taller person and really wish there were more choices provided for a shorter torso on amazon. Since this is my first trainer ever, I cannot really predict the efficacy, that is yet to be seen.

This is what im looking for the long time it never bends and it gives you a good shape. Plus the seller give me a free mask as a give away..

So far I love this trainer, cant believe how flexible it is while wearing it even with the 25 bomes, my only complaint which isnt even a real complaint lol is that it's such a good quality thick material that it doesnt make it easy to hook those latches and my arms arnt strong enough to do it up as tight as there ment to be done up, I could fit my hand under my ribs when wearing it but could barely latch it on the loosest clip. Hope that part gets easier over time, but because it didnt fit super tight it was comfortable, I could breath easily, just felt like a tight hug but I was very aware of my posture so looked taller and held my rolls flat so look better and more smoothed out. Think I'll try wrapping with cocunut oil and saran before putting it on today and see how that goes.I found it so much easier to get it on today, I folded the part with the latches so they stuck out and were easier to fasten, I also wrapped myself in cocunut oil and saran before I put it on. Soooooo much easier, easily got it to second set of hooks where I struggled hard to get it on the first time. In future even if I dont use cocunut oil I'll gently wrap in saran before trying to fasten,then gently pull the saran out after its on

BUY THIS !!! These are my results after only 1 month !! I sized down from xL to L in 3 weeks and lost 4 inches. Just buy it. Yeah the confidence it gives you alone is worth it.

One of the things that drew me to this trainer is that a lot of reviews said that the company has no problem exchanging/returning if the size doesn't fit. According to the size chart, I am a 3XL. Which was confusing as I am typically a size small, but okay. I measured myself twice and had someone else measure me as well, I was indeed a 3XL in their waist trainer size. After reading the reviews, I decided to go down a few sizes and a get a large. It was still too looseSo, I bought a smaller size.A couple of days later, when I got access to a printer, I requested a return and got a response from the seller insisting that their size chart is accurate. They also said it was a lot of trouble to ship back to China, but if I wanted I could get 20% and keep it to give to someone as a gift. What am I supposed to say, "hey, you look a little lumpy in that dress here's a waist trainer"? Like what? I'm not impressed. What I wanted was to get my money back for this and send it back. I already ordered a smaller size so now I've paid double the price to have one that fits? It's not my fault that the size chart isn't accurate.

I didn’t measure before ordering and ended up ordering a small. According to the measurements I should’ve ordered an xl 😳It was hard to get on the first time but after I took it off after about 15 minutes to readjust (I didn’t put it on straight) it was a lot easier and felt like it fit like it was supposed to, tight but not constricting or hard to breathe. I managed to make it through the 2 hours recommended for the first day, it really gets hot but I normally run at a higher temperature than most, so I was expecting that. I feel like it actually made a small difference, not to my pot belly left from 3 c sections, but left a slight curve to my otherwise rectangular torso lolMy only complaint is that if I would’ve known they had one in a shortened torso I would’ve bought that. I’m 5”2 125lbs and it digs under my breasts. also it gives me back boobs which you can see in my photo. Not sure if that’s a result of being too long for my midsection or too small.

I’m only writing this review in hopes the company sees it. I got this waist trainer, wore it for one hour, and took it off. The next morning I woke up and my entire stomach and back were burnt. I am beyond upset. I’m in so much pain.
